Do not purchase a travel zoo or any other discounted voucher from this business. The customer service is terrible. They tried to give a second rate service because I had a voucher. Also it’s very difficult to schedule or confirm appointments because the phone always goes to voicemail.

Great customer service! This hidden gem on Brickell Key offers everything you need in a comfortable, quiet, clean and cute salon. Marialena knows exactly what she is doing when it comes to eyebrows and mani/​pedis. It’s nice to have a place you can trust with great quality.

I got a living social coupon for a brazilian blowout for $ 150. This is the worst brazilian blowout I’ve ever recieved. The quality of the hair care I recieved was poor. Then when I got to the register the owner charged me an extra $ 60, saying my hair was longer than 18 inches and they add the tip for you. They should have made it clear from the beggining that there was an extra charge for my supposed length. My hair is not even that long. Overall I DO NOT reccomend this place, the quality was poor, they kept trying to upsell me and their hidden charges is not good business practice.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.

I like this place. It’s hidden away in the bottom of the Couvorsier Courts Building, but once you walk in you’re greeted very warmly and professionally. The place is clean and well taken care of. Loo (sp?) was very nice, and despite the obvious language barrier, she still made An effort at small talk and getting to know what I like and wanted during my appointment. She was gentle, didn’t over-​cut my cuticles, and took her time during my manicure. I appreciated that. I would suggest calling ahead and making an appointment, and you’ll be rewarded with a delightful and calm salon spa experience.

friendly salon. owner is constantly trying to make you feel at home. I was greeted with a wine of glass. I got a Brazilian blow out — I super recommend. hair is shiny & straight which is what I wanted.

Very nice staff, pretty salon. Unfortunately, it was the worst shellac mani I have ever received and I had to get them redone later that day. Bought a travelzoo coupon for the mani and a pedi – didn’t bother to stay for the pedi.

Wanted to do a Brazilian blow out hair smoothing treatment was very scared because it was my first time and came out super happy with the result. Highly recommend this salon. The people where also very pleasant. Very clean as well. Will defiantly return again.
