FANTASTIC service on a normally chaotic Black Friday. The manager, Danny, greeted and spoke to each person in line, asked for our first name and had our orders ready by the time we reached the cashier to pay. He even had a box of Dunkin Donuts and Coffee for the customers. «Please help yourselves to as many donuts and coffee as you’d like», he’d say. I could tell that he had not gotten any sleep prior to opening up at 5am yet he was still extremely professional, cheerful and helpful.

If I could give a minus star I would, iv never had such horrible service. They assume everyone that goes in there is a gamer and knows what they talk about and are extremely rude. «Manager» is probably the worst of all, just when I was about to Purchase something, he’s attitude and inability to be humble in anyway made me rethink about ever spending my money here. NEVER COMING BACK!

I walked in to trade in a game and my points card was invalid. Well the associate called customer service and handled the issue for me. I was able to keep all my prior points and get a new GS power up card.
