This Gap has bad reviews but this Gap is great I go here all the time and sometimes after I eat lunch at On The Border. I went to get my son some new jeans and some new clothes. This place has great costumer service, This Gap is clean and organized and has lots of stuff I need

Ugly little place. The employees yreat you like crap. The store seems to engage in bait & switch, somehow all the merchandise on the sale rack is always missplaced(wrong rack). I’ve been treated better at Dadeland.

This Gap store is small for adults but they have a side for kids – there is a middle side entrance with no doors. And the fitting rooms are in the same place. This time I went there was only a few staff members. It was a Sunday so it wasn’t that packed. the layout of the store isn’t very good because the store itself is small and then you have cluster of clothing ranks.

Dear Powers That Be At Gap, I rarely write my review in letter form so please pay attention as this is actually meant for you. This shop has potential to be great and the only reason it’s not is because you’re looking at the trees and can’t see the forest. My guess is that you don’t schedule enough people to work shifts because of payroll. Well, that means the shop always looks disheveled. As someone who has worked retail in the past, I can tell you that’s the way the store should look before it opens or after it closes. As someone shopping in there, it makes me feel bad for the employees and it takes away from my overall experience. No one wants to shop in a messy store. We go to shops to feel like we have perfect closets, and tons of new clothes. And if they’re busy folding, hanging, etc. they can’t manage fitting rooms, so then that’s a mess and customer service? Non-existant. GAP has some prime real estate at this location. It is pedestrian friendly, sits near restaurants, movie theater, book store, yogurt shop, etc. And yet it doesn’t take advantage of the situation. My advice: Staff up! — Get the store in shape, get the customer service where it needs to be Give random Friday/Saturday night discounts and then set a weekday for a special saving day like 10% off on Tuesdays Exchange marketing material with the local merchants that are willing Have better windows Thank you for reading Maria Now on to the silver lining: sales, say what? say yes! This little location is chock full of sale items. So every once in a blue stop in and pick up a blouse for $ 25 or less.

I remember when gap use to be good now, the quality of clothes has gone down but, the prices still haven’t. its true what Nydia M. says this gap is small and doesn’t have a wide range but, the little that they do have is not so good and for the prices one can go to better stores. I recently went and the staff were a bunch of high school kids that were rude so, i won’t return even thou gap does have pants that fit me well.

This Gap location is small and they don’t carry as much as their other locations do. They also have a Gap Kids section. On the bright side, it’s only ever packed during Christmastime, and the staff is always helpful.
