Only rating this one star because, I can not post zero stars. We went here last night for our friend’s birthday, there were about 12 – 15 of us. Let’s just say that the fastest way to get in was by buying bottles. We had a «hook up» with the promotor at the door, where, we bought two bottles (Belvedere and Black Label) and we would get a free bottle of champagne. The girl at the door was obnoxious and finally let us in, and gave us a table by the bathroom. The bottle waitress left a lot to be desired. She was really rude and lacked courtesy and manners, even though we bought two bottles. She also denied us our bottle of champagne after having been told by the bouncer that that was the agreement for us.
I visited the bar a couple of times to purchase beer and 20% gratuity was already included. Which, you don’t even see at the classiest of high end clubs… We then noticed that there were a lot of teeny-​boppers and underage drinkers. Especially at the bar, even though their hands were stamped, the bar didn’t ID and bother to check the people with stamped hands… Everywhere you looked, these young bucks had a drink in their hands. Most of which, were WAY past the alcohol limit falling over themselves. Huge liability, by the way, because the security guards would look over it and once patrons are at that level of intoxication, you’re supposed to escort them out.
Eventually, the bottle waitress came by to seat a small group at the table next to us and instead of asking us to move our things, she grabbed our clutches threw some on top of a speaker. Had we not noticed, some of us would be calling the bank right now with lost/​stolen credit cards. She didn’t even apologize when we brought it to her attention, she just rolled her eyes and shrugged it off. She was then eyeing our bottles to see how fast she could get us out of there so that the other group could be more comfortable. As they were already standing on the lounge couches and making their way into our area. The bouncer checked on us and noticed we had never been brought our champagne. He had her bring it out for us right away. Five minutes later, the other group moved to another table, at their request.
Quite honestly, we’ll NEVER set foot at such a lousy establishment again. The service SUCKED, it was full of underage drinkers, the DJ didn’t know how to transition from song to song, and the valet was also crappy. Too much hype for such a poorly run place.

terrible place, a friend (girl) got drugged with some kind of cocktail in this place, I’ve heard same story from lots of people, Law enforcement should investigate what’s going on in this place, I bet 80% of people that gets in are 18 years old or even younger with fake Id

I went on a Friday night, and I won’t ever go back. The place would be nice if it wasn’t for their unwelcoming staff. We purchased a table and gave in my credit card and ID. I couldn’t leave until an hour after because none of the workers knew where the ID and credit card were. Talk about irresponsible. Don’t go here

After 2 hours waiting, the woman outside decided not let me in. I brought some friends that were coming from Hollywood and it was my birthday tho. -.- -.- :@

Considering that I couldn’t get in after waiting two hours my review is based just on that, mind you I was standing first in line out of one of the «three lines» they have. Can’t attest to the actual ambiance inside, the service, the décor. I tried going a Saturday night and from what I could hear the music varied.
There was a lady outside which I will refer to as the «gatekeeper» considering everyone had to answer to her before anyone was allowed to enter. I’m not quick to judge, but considering I stood for 2 hours and not once did she attempt to open dialogue between us I would say she isn’t very amiable. It was apparent that if you don’t have a vagina you would have to communicate through the promoters.
Now you might ask why would anyone stand in line for two hours? Well all these promoters standing outside walking their people in kept on promising they would get us in. Well it wasn’t the case. For those of you who don’t know the DJ playing or just want to head out with your guy friends considering the following. IF you got connections cover charge is $ 30 a head. If you don’t have connections, only way to get in is to get bottle service.
ps. Ladies where bountiful and pretty, with about half of them seeming to be underage with apparent fake I.D.
Do I recommend this place? NO!

This place is terrible. DON’T GO THERE.
This people suck. Stay away from there and spend your money in a better place.

Alright. Just to be fair I wanted to give this establishment a try. But they failed to wow me or nonetheless let me into the place. We showed up early around 11:30 and they told us they opened at 12 – 12:30. They told us to make way to the bar next door called seven which is owned by the same person. Fair enough, we started pre gaming and having drinks in celebration for my friends birthday. To our surprise they didn’t let me or my friend or the girls we were with. They proceeded to let everyone else in but us. If your not predominantly Colombian, Spanish, or going to buy a bottle don’t waste your time. This placed managed to extort our money and waste our time. Save yourself the bother and don’t even come to this place and make your way to a establishment where they appreciate your business!

The place just had a redo and looks amazing. It now looks bigger and a bit more spacious due to that the dj was moved to the side. Music is always on point I love the mixture between reggaeton and house music. Bottles are not very expensive and it is really worth to get a table as it can get packed after 1am.
Arrive early as the door can get crazy!

Went here after Seven Lounge, since it was right next door. The place was packed with nice looking people, the music was on point, the drinks were fast (once I was able to squeeze my way to the bar) and the bathrooms were clean. Yay! The management was very accommodating, making my friend’s birthday very special. Special props to her, her name is Ida. Very professional and went above and beyond.
Had a great time. I’d be back.

Passed by Saturday night, not impressed. The place is tiny, The b*tch at the door was one of the most pretentious snobs I’ve encountered in the Miami club scene (and that’s saying something). It’s Wynwood not SOBE totally not worth dealing with the attitude.

Veryyy nice place, i loved the music, the interior, the lights, everything. highly recommend. i went a Friday, they have an awesome live band.

i never write reviews, let alone one star reviews, but i must warn you all; with all the clubs there are in Miami, why go to this one? The only positive I could think of is that parking is relatively easy since this is the only thing around the block thats open. That being said, there are so many negatives I could write about this place. like everyone else said, the doorman was a complete asshole and acted like he was guarding something much more important like the queens royal throne or some shit. Worse off is that you have to put up with his bad attitude while you’re waiting to pay $ 20 to get in! That’s not a good first impression. Gavanna sucks and is definitely not worth $ 20; it’s small and crowded, so be prepared to be stuck in one place. Even when it’s not packed it’s crowded, and even though girls get in free (i think; i went with 2 guys and 6 girls and the girls got in free, but I can’t speak for everyone), it was pretty much one girl for every guy, and every girl there was literally with a guy except for two pairs of girls, so guys, I’d say avoid this place if you’re coming with just guys. Also, I got a Corona and it cost $ 9, and to pay with card it’s a 2 drink minimum. So yes, the place is overpriced and has no redeeming qualities, there’s nothing to even look at in there except the lights on the dj booth. You pay $ 20 to get in and all of the little space of this location is filled with the bar and tables reserved for people willing to buy a bottle, leaving nothing for everyone else. Lastly, My battery died so i asked the doorman if i could get a spare battery from my car and come right back and he said no. Asshole. Screw this place and go anywhere else

I went with a party of about 20 – 25, we drove from Boca Raton to check out this club… We had an amazing time… at Mansions
Gavanna is a joke we waited for 30 min while the ladies infront were not letting people in who did not buy bottles. We were buying bottles but because my boyfriend wasn’t wearing a appropriate shirt we could not go into the club
But good thing it was completely empty
So in the end the twenty of us plus the seven people infront of us went to mansions

The inside is semi-​small but totally awesome! I really like the lighting and ambiance. The DJ was awesome, but then again we also brought him there for the night. Gavanna has a lot of potential but I would have to agree with Jose C in regards to the door service; they act like their a big club but don’t have the clout. They even tried to keep me out of my own after-​party. The night I went they had complimentary Hpnotiq cocktails (which I knew about since it was my event) but were not giving out drink tickets at the door. Our liquor rep had to go talk to the door people. Overall this club has potential but better work out the kinks fast.

I came here with 3 other girlfriends this past Saturday night on the recommendation of another friend. We arrived 15 minutes before midnight and there was a small line forming outside.
We were greeted by one of the rudest and most pretentious bouncers I have ever encountered. He held the line outside for a good 15 minutes before letting anyone in, to give the illusion that they were busy when in reality there was no one inside. He made numerous rude comments to my friends and I and insisted on not letting us in because we didn’t «know anyone inside».
Long story short, we never even made it in and I am grateful for that because the experience of trying to enter was hellish enough. This little mom and pop club needs to get off their high horse, they are not LIV.
