Pretty cool little Vintage boutique. A little bit of everything like clothing, electronics, comic books, houseware, furniture. I asked the owner and she says everything there is from donation drop offs. She sales the items, some of the profit goes to a Good works non profit charity and some she donates to people in need. Love the concept. They also sell water, drinks. Stop by when in the Wynwood area!

Walked in on a whim and turned out everything was 50% off that day. Win for me, scored 6 great shirts for only $ 24. I can’t say that I would have purchased as much if it weren’t for the sale. Nonetheless if you’ve got the patience for sifting you can definitely find some solid clothes and knickknacks. They’ve got some nifty furniture pieces and glassware as well, if you’re into collecting kitschy items.

I walked in and bought a wood box for $ 35. Right after walking out, I saw a sticker for«Home Goods» on the bottom with a price tag of $ 14.95. The clerk then accused ME of putting the sticker on and refused to give me a refund. I’m still waiting for the call back from owner… I was totally taken advantage of. Stay away from this store!

I came here put of sheer boredom and walked out with what became a favorite jean button down jacked/shirt $ 5, a floral scarf $ 2, purses 2 $ each, records at 2 $ ea, and bikini cover up pants for 2 $ they were having a huge 75% off sale… I don’t know how it normally is, but the owner and workers are pleasant even though it’s hot as hell in there…

this place USED to be good. here’s what i dont understand, this is taken from their website: «GIVE is operated as a charity distribution center, redistributing your charitable gifts to serve a myriad of people who desperately need your help to transform their lives.» so how can they charge the«people who desperately need your help» ridiculous prices all because they label the clothes vintage? hows that provided for needy people? for example, i went there and they have old school(aka vintage) jeans from the gap that were $ 15 because they were labeled vintage. do they not know that other thrift and vintage stores have those same jeans and more for 2 bucks. the non«vintage» clothes are upstairs and about $ 5 each. i think this place is under new management because this time when i went the customer service was exceptionally rude and everything was very over priced. the only good thing is that the kids clothes are 50 cents each.

Loved the outdoor dollar rummage area! The whole set up is very bohemian with a «this is our community, this is your store» vibe and reiterating that it is also a charity, ver involved in helping families in need«restart». I scored some really great books, a few super retro sweaters, and a set of irresistible shot glasses. Everything was an additional 50% the day I stumbled in. I will definitely be stopping back in the near future!

I am not sure if this place is under new management or what but the last two times I went there they were overcharging significantly and customer service has been crap. One afternoon, when I asked the cashier to reduce the price she turned to another gentlemen who reiterated the same rip off price. I truly felt like I was inconveniencing them by trying to make a purchase. There are too many great places to thrift in Miami to put up with the attitudes here. They are acting far from charitable. I must note, I had gotten some good deals here in the past. Also there was one young woman who seemed to always be nice and friendly, and willing to negotiate. Unfortunately she has not be at the check out counter the last few times I have been. The rise in prices and the lousy service has taken this shop off my regular thrifting route.

By far the coolest thrift store ever. They have almost everything you can think of for great prices. You definitely have to take your time looking through everything to come across some hidden gems. I ended up leaving with books during my visit. Books were only $ 2.50 each. Great store and I definitely plan on returning and even bringing some friends!

It’s a charity thrift store… they have some interesting furniture and books, but the clothing selection(2nd floor) is very limited. There are signs of where shoes and boots are located, but they didn’t have when I was there. They have a small and interesting(and cheap) selection of purses and clutches on the first floor near the main entrance on the corner. They have a food stand outside that smells great, but I didn’t eat anything.(They could use a sign telling the world what kind of food they sell.) Recommended for household items but not clothes. Prices were 50% off when I was there… I’m guessing that this discount always/usually applies.

I didn’t care much for what they had in the thrift store. But, it’s a thrift store selling stuff for charity — all in all, a noble concept. And naturally, they advertise discounts, sales, and so forth. Much of what I liked about this place is the food stall outside. There’s a sign saying what they offered, but not in much detail, and sans the price. You would have to talk to the nice and honest lady who runs the food stall. They have smoothies(mango and berries), Chilean-style hot dogs(ketchup, mustard, mayo and salsa made with avocado and cilantro), Southern-style pulled pork sandwiches(homemade sauce and cabbage on a French roll), and coffee. I had a hot dog(you get to pick between Colombian sausage or Bratwurst, and I went with the recommended Bratwurst) and it was tasty. But my favorite has to be the pulled pork sandwich, which I must say is one of the best I’ve had in a very long time! They both were less than $ 3.50.

While, like most people, I can get turned on by high-design shops with lots of precious things I never knew I needed(and price tags that my bank account never needs to see,) a dumpster dive bargain gets my heart pounding even more. I accidentally stumbled upon Give Good Works(formerly Grubstake) the other day and got that quick dose of adrenalin(and a hot lucite table lamp for near nothing.) Furniture and ‘stuff’ is downstairs, and clothing is upstairs. You’ll need to wash your hands immediately after, but what price a bargain? The prices are higher than the normal thrift store, and are positioned as ‘donations’ to charity. Even though this isn’t a ‘Dollar Store’, they had some cool stuff.(I was coveting a vintage Steelcase credenza with sliding glass doors… but, alas, no room at the inn, unfortunately.) The first day we went, everything was ‘half off’, which made a real difference. Not sure when or how often they do the half off thing(or if it was just a ploy), but it was a cool surprise. As many of you know, a store like this is catch-as-catch-can in terms of items. They told me to come often since their stock changes daily. I did, going back just 4 days later, and they were right. New stuff. I know I run the risk of cutting into my own potential treasure trove by sharing this review, but what can I say? I’m full of love. Enjoy!
