What a great experience, environment, and staff. Everyone was polite and professional. The manager, Lupe, made me feel at home and obviously takes pride in her salon and staff. I left feeling and looking great! Not to brag! (Haha)…Will return on every trip to Miami!

Great service, really good prices too. Will definitely go back to get the kids hair cuts, I saw how well they work with kids so Im gonna take them there instead of my usual place, (they’re not kid friendly)
And I saw some happy seniors too… for my mom maybe

I’ve never had a bad experience at this place. Everyone is very friendly and its a very good price! The month of May haircuts are just $ 6.99, which is awesome! Today I had a very lovely hairstylist Yusmary. She was super nice I would definitely recommend her.

As the previous user said, their online check-​in system always seems to be problematic but I simply call before showing up and it’s never given me a problem. All stylists are great. This is a good place for when you need that quick and cheap haircut between stylist sessions. I’ve never gotten more than a simple haircut and I don’t think I would but their business is based on an quick cheap cut, not complicated styling. In addition, they always send coupons in the mail, you can get a haircut for $ 7.99!

Went yesterday to get my teen a haircut. We tried to check in online but I guess their system was down. Thankfully, there were no customers. For those who have been there before, great clips keeps track of what sheers or cutting tools they used so next time they just know; however, yesterday something happened where my sons info was not in their system. The barber was asking us what number to use and we don’t keep track of that as we have been going to them for over two years and never had we remember what sheers they used. So that was frustrating having to worry if his haircut was going to come out like he wanted.
This place is ok if you are a man or a kid but for women, I don’t recommend them. I cut my hair back in November and my hair had no shape as a matter of fact it wasn’t cut evenly.
