Great food! Great service! Great concept! This place is amazing. I hope they open up many more across the country.

I went to have lunch here recently and It was ok. I expected more from it since the presentation of the business is so nice outside. I had a small issue with the service because I had to wait a couple minutes to get attended even though the place was empty because the employees were in the back talking. I wrote a letter to the manager and he responded saying he would offer me a free meal next time, which there won’t be a next time. Pros Is close to my house very central right off the highway Not a lot of people know about it so you won’t have to wait in line Cons Costumer Service is not that good The amounts of food for the price is not very good(chicken kitchen gives you more food for less)

I ordered the Avocado and Quinoa bowl with honey garlic chicken. The portions of toppings and chicken should be a bit more if im paying $ 11, but i think the lady serving me was new.(usually newbies are stingy with it) lol. Understandable. She also told me i could get all the toppings I want, so decided to add 2 – 3 more toppings. I was suprised that the total was $ 14!!! Only because the server failed to mention extra toppings are $ 1.25 each. They were nice enough to waive that charge. Over all a nice and healthy place to eat. I WILL return. Oh and my half of a hass avocado was still very green and could not eat it. Sadface

It’s like a Chicken Kitchen. Nothing more to say really. We order because it’s close to the office and it can be healthy if you try. My 3 star review is because they got my order COMPLETELY wrong today and that displeases me. I was very specific in saying to the lady that took my order that I wanted cilantro lime rice and honey garlic chicken. I got yellow rice and chicken breast. I had also requested jalapeño. Guess what I did not receive? Jalapeño. Oh and a tip for whoever packages the take out orders, customers do not appreciate that their shredded cheese be put in a tiny container therefore coagulating into one little disgusting blob. All in all a very disappointing experience.

My chicken was pink. The rice I got was old. The lady that took my order was annoyed at me because I didn’t speak Spanish. Garbage. I was so aggravated and starved that I tried to a bite of my wrap and threw it away and left.

Finally… a place that not only has paleo but has amazing, tasteful, delicious, incredible, to die for food. I literally could go on and on about how great the food was. I was impressed. A coworker recommended this place to me and I will be a weekly regular. I had the avocado and chicken paleo and gluten free dish and I’m still salivating. Great customer service as well and that is just as important.

Fresh, made to order fast food. SO nice to have healthy food available at a reasonable price — in a quick manner. Like Subway, but with real ingredients. Combine things anyway you want. I had a the avocado chicken with quinoa — in a bowl. I watched her cut up an entire REAL avocado. My coworker had curry mustard chicken with sweet potato. With real sweet potato. I’m not sure what these one star reviews are about. Would you rather get processed, artificial food at a drive thru? Honestly, this is food I would make myself if I took the time.

Walked into a very overpowering scent of chlorine. Not very appetizing. The place was empty with only one woman — very low energy — who seemed annoyed to be interrupted. She was unhelpful and unfriendly. Food was mediocre.

My office moved to Miami right down the street from this place. My fellow co-workers had gone the day before and said it was the best food they had ever had. With that type of hype, I had to try it out. So when I first went in there, I noticed the cute girls working the counter and how many people were sitting down enjoying their meals. I ordered a traditional chicken bowl and loaded it up with all different types of free sauces. It was heaven in my mouth. The owner came by our table and told me to try this green sauce. That green sauce is the best condiment ever created. «Grill It» is now in my top 5 places to eat.

Great place, love that they use all natural ingredients. The sauces make any chicken place and these guys have it down packed. Love that the owner is usually around making sure everything is great!

I discovered this place by accident, and am really pleased with the experience. Located on Red just south of Blue Lagoon, GrillIt has several healthy options including Gluten Free and Paleo-friendly menu items. Quinoa is available for an extra charge and there is even USDA organic Beef available– something that is a rare find indeed. Customers can purchase bowls or wraps and can also make their own with the many healthy toppings available, including hard boiled eggs and cranberries. This location is very clean, and has ample parking. To top it off, the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Just discovered a great spot to eat here in Miami. NW7th street and 57th avenue. The place is called Grillit and it definitely has a unique concept. Chipotle type food ordering procedure. Difference is in the gluten free and organic ingredients they use. Delicious sauces and amazing customer service. Staff made me an excellent recommendation. Nothing is fried, everything is grilled, baked, steamed.

If you walk in to a fast food place anywhere in Miami, 90% of the time you will get bad service from antisocial and rude employees that you can tell they hate their jobs. GRILLIT is part of that 10% and thanks to such kind service I knew I was going to enjoy my meal even before I sat down. I ordered the quinoa with chicken and avocado. I didn’t want the onions so she let me substitute it for jalapeños at no extra cost :) not gona lie, some pieces of chicken were a little on the dry side but I do quite appreciate the fact that they mix white and dark meat! For those of you complaining about the dark meat, I’m sure they will accommodate to you if you ask for white meat only. Their menu seems very unique with options such as purple potato. I definitely want to come back to try other things!

I tried this place for the first time and thought it was tasty but also a bit pricey for what it is. I had a simple quinoa bowl with chicken, cilantro, and guacamole. It was about $ 12. The chicken had a bit of fat on it which I didn’t really like. I must admit that I did like that they had the quinoa option. Their Grill It salsa was pretty good.

Nearly walked into the adjacent Subway but, regrettably, gave this place a chance instead. The staff was exceptionally nice, a rarity in Miami’s awful service climate. Décor was rather pleasant, too. I wish I could say the food matched the service and décor. The dark(!) chicken was dry as jerky. Absolutely inedible. The garlic dressing was watery and flavorless. To rub salt in the psychic wound of this experience, this was one of the pricier fast food purchases I’ve ever made. Shoulda gone to Subway.

Well since I’m nice I’ll say the place has cool décor and the staff are friendly but I didn’t go there to talk to the staff or enjoy the ambiance. I am not one to complain at restaurants or send food back, but this was hands down the worst experience i’ve had at a restaurant. How do you mess up chicken caesar salad? The chicken looked like mystery meat more than anything. Soggy lettuce, It was just bad. Nauseating, really. Well I tried to eat it but just couldn’t. Needless to say we are out $ 17 and on our way to eat again. Never again.

Ordered 2 chicken caesar salads. Never seen dark meat used before on a salad so it looked a little weird. The«chicken» was rubbery. The dressing did not taste like caesar dressing. It was watered down with no flavor. The salad was soggy. I couldnt eat more than half and that was forcing myself. My wife left the entire plate. Will not be coming back or recommending this place. Very disappointing. I dont know if its because the server was new but how can you really mess up a chicken caesar?

So expensive! My mother and I were $ 15 per plate– and it wasn’t that big! Food was of normal quality– nothing out of this world. We went last week and apparently a lot of law enforcement eats here. The staff is extremely nice and the place is a bit messy– cause of the price though don’t think I’m going back.

I don’t know why there’s not more locations in SoFla. Grillit smokes all the competition with its delicious food and friendly staff. I ordered a «make your own salad» $ 7.99 the Caribbean garlic lime salad dressing and cilantro sauce are everything! Chicken Kitchen’s curry mustard can’t even compare(Grill it’s tastes more authentic). I added chicken for $ 1.99 My husband ordered the Honey Garlic chicken wrap $ 7.99 he added extra chicken for $ 1.99… Their servings are VERY generous so there’s really no need for extra proteins. Nice CLEAN modern environment. Yummy guilt free meal!
