I just came from this place. It was horrible. I ask a guy for help and he answer me like if he did not want to work there. Then at the cash register I went to pay and this lady was asking for all kind of information like my phone number my address and my name. I ask the lady why so much information to buy here. She reply you have to in order to buy anything here. Thats why there is so much identity theft in this country because we give our personal information to store in order to shop there. All this information is to send flyer in the mail but I do not want these flyer to go to my house. So I left this place and did not buy anything…

Great prices but poor customer service on the floor most of the time. The people at the registers are nice and always greet you before the sale and after the transaction is completed, but ringing up a sale takes the longest of any retail chain I’ve been to. It’s not completely the employees fault; part of it is the the way that Harbor Freight processes a transaction. If it weren’t for the employees working the floor and the slow process for ringing up a sale, I’d give them 5 stars.

Store is clean, well organized, inventory is well stocked, and it has that authentic Chinese plastic smell that’s present in all their stores. The staff has been helpful the few times I have been here. Great place to buy cheap tools that you may only use a handful of times.
