Jeff this review is long due. I have been going to Hiperfit for about 6 years twice a week. Jeff is the owner and also my personal trainer. He is very knowledgeable about exercising, fitness in general and nutrition. In all these years I have also rotated with a few others of his trainers and they are all dedicated to your goals. The facility is medium size but very well stocked with equipment and free weights. They only offer one-to-one sessions and there are never more than two customers and two trainers training at the time. I like the special level of attention. I am a guy that doesn’t love going to the gym per se, so for me is about going in, do what needs to be done, do it wright, and get out to go to work. For me it is more about being in shape, strong, and keeping up with my ageing. Hiperfit has done it for me and if you are not looking for a social spot to hang out, but for a result-driven gym, then this is the place you want to go. Thank you Jeff!

If you are looking for motivation, guidance, and results, look elsewhere. This review is for Hiperfit on Biscayne Blvd. After 4 months of training at this gym, i’ve seen very little results. My trainer, who at first struck me as a knowledgeable person in regards to fitness, turned out to be anything but. When I think trainer, I see this as someone who guides you in the way of eating to meet your goals, keeps track of your progress, and motivates you to keep going. But at Hiperfit you’ll get a «Spotter» at best. I initially started with their 3 day free trial, which was to include a meal plan, training plan, and body fat calculation. What I got was a photo copy of hand written recommendations of protein and caloric intake and a randomly put together set of exercises. Don’t know what happened to the body fat calculation, but I didn’t stress this oversight. After the three day trial I decided to commit fully and chose their $ 35/session plan. So I’ve now had 27 session at Hiperfit and can honestly say I have very little to show for it other than some additional strength. Another issue I had with my trainer was his lack of respect for peoples time. Every week, without fail, he needed to push my schedule, cancel a session all together, or tried to pass me on to an unfamiliar trainer. It got to the point that I was asking him when was a good time. To top it all off, I have 3 sessions remaining(which I was almost cheated out of because of the confusion with him canceling and rescheduling) and my so called trainer hasn’t even bothered to contact me to see where I’ve been. I really wanted this place to work for me, as I liked its location and that it’s not crowded(I’ve never seen more than 3 people working out at a time). But I guess it just wasn’t meant to be. Save yourself the time and money. Your efforts will probably be put to better use someplace else.

I have been training at Hiperfit in Miami Beach for about 6 months. I LOVE it. Jordan is funny, he pushes me hard, but good, and listens to what i need — less in the legs, more in the arms… I hate gyms, but this private gym is really the only way to go!

This has been a great«Gym» experience so far. Private Studio type training without the crazy price tag to go along with it. My wife has been telling me about Hiperfit and how great it is for a long time. Extremely clean with new and well maintained equipment. I’m on my 3rd session tomorrow. It’ cost me $ 75.00 for three 30 minutes with a trainer.
