I have been going to this place for years! Definitely the best nail and waxing salon in Miami. The staff is kind and take amazing care of their clients. Highly recommended!

Annie the owner was super nice and patient with me during my wax. I called on my way and was able to make a quick appointment. When I arrived she took me right in and started on my wax. The place could use a little makeover but other than that I was satisfied with the service.

She never fails to accommodate my busy schedule, while giving me fabulous service, and NOT TO MENTION her pricing for waxing! If you’re anything like me, I wax practically everything and pricing at your average center, becomes costly (especially long-​term). i’ve had my waxing done at several diff places in miami and this is by far the cleanest, cheapest & annie is the best at what she does ! my skin usually gets irritated after waxing and this time it didn’t at all. also, she really makes sure to remove EVERY hair. will keep coming back.

INE was so highly recommended by other Unilocal reviewers that I had to try this place out for an eyebrow wax. I was a walk in client and was told I could be helped in a couple of minutes «no problem.» Well the wait ended up being closer to 30 – 45 mins before I entered the private wax room. The eyebrow wax went okay, but I wish she had paid closer to tweezing out the stray and finer hairs. I might as well done it myself and saved an hour. I’ll be going to an eyebrow specialist in the future.
The one row of parking in front of the strip of stores can be tight depending on the day. Exiting on the busy road can be a bit stressful.

It hurts me to say that I’m so disappointed in the customer service more so service! Yes, I’ve been going to Annie for a little over 9 years, but being that I travel quite a ways to get the service should show her that I love coming to her.
3 times I’ve wasted a drive and don’t know my appointment have been canceled. The first time I was stuck on the expressway because of an accident and kept trying to call her and inform her and she would not pick up. By the time I made it to the shop she was working at the lady told me she left because I took too long. That pissed me off and I didn’t go back to her for a while being at that time I lived in Florida City and coming all the way to friggin Bird Road for service and was trying to call.
The 2^nd time I just had my baby who was a newborn and ppl know traveling with a newborn is not fun. I got to her shop and was sitting there for about 20 minutes while the other ladies were in there with their clients laughing, talking, eating before they even asked me who I was there for and when I informed them they told me she went out of town. *blank face* I was truly pissed off because not only I was out with a 2 month old but it was raining and again I come from friggin Cuba. That’s when I decided to find someone else. She did text me like a week later to explain that her mother passed away and she apologize and I do know things happen, but if you have ppl work for you, you should have your clients numbers and have them call your clients instead of being up in the shop having a party and I mean LITERALLY having a party… food trays and music blasting everywhere.
3^rd and final was supposedly my appointment was for a Tuesday. So here I go paying a nurse to stay with my mom so that I can catch up on myself and taking the long drive up. I get there and see that there is no one in the shop. I thought maybe she wasn’t coming until my appointment so I run back to the car in the rain and wait. I then called to let her know that whenever she arrives that I’m outside in my car being that it’s raining. She then tells me that my appointment isn’t for that day and that maybe because of a language barrier that things got misunderstood. I don’t know how you mix Tuesday and Thursday, but I know for a FACT I requested Tuesday being I have my mother the other days. Even though it was a mistake pretty much on her part that my appointment got screwed up she had the nerve to say she’s cleaning up her house and is not working. SMH. I was like wow! You know that my mother is ill and that I take care of her and that I come from so far to be serviced and you couldn’t just say wait a few minutes and I’ll come? I don’t think that’s how people should run a business.
But hey, what can I say? I only been with her from the very beginning at Uni-​K and all the changes she have made up until now with her own establishment. I guess she built up so much clientele that she doesn’t need my measley money or me being a loyal customer anymore. It sucks to have to go to someone else, but she’s not worth my gas and time anymore.
I wish her all the best because she is a sweet person, but business wise with customer service I don’t know what she’s on but I ain’t on it!

Annie, the owner and waxer, was so sweet! Apart from one of the cheapest prices I’ve found in Miami ($ 40 for FULL brazilian), I’ve also found a small business with excellent customer service. I walked in about 1 pm on a Friday and was immediately taken to the wax room and given a very thorough wax. She even grabbed a few stray hairs as a courtesy. Don’t like describing my private grooming habits with the internet, but it’s worth it to share my experience with those looking for a great waxing place without having to pay an arm and a leg. Lovely little shop and the personal attention beats places like Uni-​K and Euro Wax Center any day. Will definitely be back!

I’m very picking about my eyebrows, but the ladies here are phenomenal. Worth every penny. :)

Wish I had the option to give more than 5 stars. Annie the owner who is also the wax specialist is great. She’s very friendly and professional. She has a great team. The manicurist is also great… She actually takes her time and has a the latest colors. This is the place to go for wax and nails!

This by far the BEST waxing salon I’ve ever been to. Not only is in a good central location but the salon itself is very nice and clean. The owner goes out of her way to make you feel right at home. Music is always playing and warm laughs fill the air. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here!!! Thank you Annie!!!

I have been a client of Annie’s for many years. I must say she is the best wax specialist in Miami. Her products are superb and the attention she demonstrates to her clients are awesome! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Definitely the best wax place. I have been waxing here for years. Make sure to call a couple days in advance but it’s definitely a place I would recommend.

So I drove by this place a million times and decided to stop in on Friday. The service was great. I did my mani and pedi and was all within an hour! That was amazing. The only thing is the mani didnt last too long. The wax was great! Totally recomment this place!
