Unfortunately, I had to revisit this store after so many years. My son who is currently attending ASPIRADE-CO located in the downtown/Wynwood area. I was instructed by the school that the uniforms needed to be purchased at Ibiley. First of all the location and parking lot are horrible. There’s NEVER parking when I come, especially back to school time. The shirts are very expensive, plus the patch is an additional $ 5, so a school week worth of shirts are $ 100, they offer 2 quality of shirts and to my personal opinion the material is not quality. You end up buying more shirts mid year because they do not last. I ordered a jacket for embroidery and it took them nearly three weeks to have it ready, all I wanted was my son’s name. When attempting to call them the number given puts you through an operator who then calls the store, I’m like what the hell? They do not have many employees to assist, so hopefully you are not in a rush and can be patient. I do not buy any bottoms there, they are very expensive and like I said about the shirts, it’s not the best quality. The next up coming year, I will be purchasing the 5 shirt combo which is priced at $ 69.99. Happy shopping and good luck.

I hope encourage all the customers that have have absolutely unpleasant experiences shopping at Ibiley to please write a review about your experiences under their Google reviews and on their FB page so that management in that company can take notice or maybe Miami Dade School Board can contract with another company. As for me, I can tell you that I have had several awful experiences ordering online and also trying correct the issues is a nightmare. Customer service can take up to an hour to answer you, if you even make it to the que to be put on hold or else it will just go to voice mail. Sometimes after being put on hold for 45 minutes, they will purposely disconnect you. This has happened to me many times and I don’t quit so I spent hours on the phone and 2 weeks worth of phone calls trying to resolve a problem with an order. They never call back, not even supervisors, when they said they would. The customer service has no idea what fulfillment is doing, the people who are processing the orders, and they have no power or authority over them so they can’t help to fix any error. I tried so many times to speak to a woman from fulfillment who had called me and left a message but there’s no way to actually call them back because you can only call customer service. The whole system is set up to fail and it’s no wonder why there are so many errors. Also the costomer service is herendous. I decided to try shopping in the store. The first time I went, the staff wasn’t any better with costomer service and actually gave me wrong information. The next day when I came back to pick up my merchandise I was surprised to meet the manager at the Homestead location, Stephanie. She was the first staff member that gave me professional and good customer service. If I hadn’t met her on my last visit, I’d probly never return to Ibiley. Because last year, the Manager that worked there was just as bad as the people who worked on the telephone lines. It’s good to finally see one good person at Ibiley. Other than that, Ibiley, pls get it together. This is a terrible way to run a company.

I came to buy the school uniform for my son, and I have to say that all the staff here are really nice and attentive, even though it was somewhat crowded, they were still so helpful and they took their time to make sure that you had everything you needed. Amazing customer service. I will be going back and recommend this store to anyone.

Although I waited until the last minute for uniforms, their customer service helped me find a store that had my size and style of shirt. When I got there today(Sat), it was very busy, yet the employees all had smiles and were very helpful. A couple if days ago I went to their Sweetwater store and they were just as nice and helpful as here. Their prices are also very reasonable. I’m very grateful for their kind assistance!

I agree w/the reviewer about the palms being greased, uniforms at my son’s public school are required to be purchased there, which seems shady for a public school(Christina M. Eve Elem.) but I’m learning that’s just the Miami way. We bought from the«premium» line and the shirt hems started unraveling and buttons started falling off in the first couple months.

Buyer Beware! The new location serving Tampa is the worst business I’ve dealt with. Once you purchase their substandard product you are stuck with it. The no return policy serves them quite well. I wouldn’t want it back either. Very poor quality apparel. Not to mention they stocked the wrong product as specified by our school. In trying to work with the manager to get my money back he would only respond that store policy is no returns. Like a robot with a smirk. I’ve never written a review before, good or bad, but this deserved action. Not sure who’s decision it was to contract with this scam, but I hope they learn from it.

My son is starting a totally new school which meant all new uniforms etc. and of course my only choice was to go to the SW8th street store. Went on a Saturday after 3:30pm(1hr and half before closing). Not sure if that may have been the reason for the only employee working there to give such pathetic help. Granted he appeared to be a young man but that is still no excuse for someone who was hired by a business(and deemed«qualified» by them” to represent them) to be inept and useless. What bothered us the most was his«I really don’t want to be here and I’m perturbed by your questions/demands» type of attitude. When confronted with questions or needing for him to get something else for you, you can tell his defensiveness. Minimal to no information was given to us, unless we asked or it came up in some other way. We were promised a free polo shirt with our purchase. We chose the one we «thought» it was in the dark blue color my son preferred. However at checkout he «informed» us that was not the free polo that was advertised and when we had to ask for him to bring it he said that they only had burgundy available at the moment. He proceeded to tell us that in order to receive the promised discount on our total bill that we would HAVE to take the burgundy polo at that moment. Sounding totally absurd to us that they could not supply us with the blue one my son wanted perhaps when it did come in, it finally ended with him having US dial the manager on our phone to speak with her. Needless to say, this experience was frustrating and exhausting(like pulling teeth). This young man should not be hired for any type of sales position, ANYWHERE! Totally not his thing and hopefully this particular store will take heed and get him out. To think I may have 8 more years to deal with him makes me cringe!!! Lawd Jeezuz please have mercy!

Someone at the School Board must be getting their palms greased. This is the only way you can explain the incredibly horrible service, the crap stores and the not so cheap prices. Plus this is the only place you can get most uniforms. I had purchased uniforms that weren’t in stock and had to be ordered. I ordered and paid for them at the store. A couple of weeks later I got the bottoms but not the shirts. School starts and guess what? After countless calls, and being on hold for no less than ½ hour each time I keep on getting shit for an answer. They were incompetent and couldn’t tell me where the shirts were or when I would get them. I had to go and purchase patches to put on other shirts. I try to dispute through AMEX but since I had told those THIEVES that since I didn’t get my product that I was cancelling the order they still charged me a cancellation fee for their complete ineptitude. They didn’t fill my order correctly and to my satisfaction and charged ME. So … you tell me this isn’t a mafia. I will tell you that the sky is pink.
