Only after our container had shipped, moving from US to Australia, did we find out that it would arrive a month later than promised — despite paying this company for expedited shipping. Our shipment was put on a different ship, departing over a week later, than what we were led to expect and what was agreed. All communications with this company have been lousy — false promises, unclear instructions, slow response, ignorant and confusing customer service. Our decision to use iContainers was a huge mistake, and we only hope our things arrive in one piece — still a month away. It’s a wonder a company that shows this degree of incompetence and unprofessionalism can stay in business.

Had a terrible experience with this company! Found them in the newspaper and decided to give them a try. My shipments was from Miami– Barcelona, arrived extremely late, damp, broken, dirty, and they were asking for a ton of documents which no one ever informed me of, made things stressful.
The worst was I agreed to pay TOP dollars to have my shipments door to door, and avoid any last minute hassles, however, when the delivery arrived, the truck driver left my five boxes on sidewalk! Had to scramble to find someone, and pay to help me bring them home.
Totally unacceptable and bad customer service. Every time I called, no one had an answer.
