iPrint and Design USA

I’ve worked with iPrint and Design on two projects, and each time Michael has exceeded my expectations. He goes above and beyond to turn around projects in record time, with the highest quality work and fair prices. I was specifically impressed with the level of service that Michael provided: he is a clear and reliable communicator, he cares about his customers, and he goes out of his way to take the stress out of the process by assisting with logistical elements that are beyond the scope of his printing/​design work. For example: after completing a BEAUTIFUL wrap for my food trailer, Michael personally escorted me to a tire shop and negotiated to get me the lowest price to repair damaged tires. I was blown away by this level of service, as well as the extremely high quality of his work. Highly recommend Iprint and Design!

This time last year, I called up Iprint and Design USA to create and print out my Comp Card, THAT SAME DAY ! …I asked if it was possible… Or the next morning before 9a.m. before I had to be at a big casting and Michael was so on top of customer service he dropped my print job off to me at my building, downtown Miami ! I was so impressed and and grateful of his service ! Great quality, great pricing and outstanding customer service ! It has been such a pleasure working with iPrint and Design. And all their prices are very reasonable and competitiive. Their turn around time is so fast and they always quickly respond to all of my emails and answer all of my phone calls.
Most recently I ordered and A Frame sign for them for the office that I work out. They did great work and it was exactly what we wanted. On top of that the owner also took the initiative to deliver the sign to our office for free!

Awesome Service. I needed a Vinyl sticker for the same day and I tried with some places but nobody had that service. I found this and he was very helpful and help me with that and delivered to me at night by himself. Michael it’s very kind and he made what he promise on time. Same day work, it couldn’t be better. For sure the place to print all your stuff!

In Miami, finding a printer is no difficult task; finding someone to do a good job, however, is quite a feat. After stumbling upon iPrint and Design USA and seeing what they had to offer, I couldn’t help but put my trust in them (especially with the friendly and helpful attitude Michael had). I am completely impressed with the business cards he has made us– they are of excellent quality and came out just as I had wanted. iPrint and Design is THE place to go if you need business cards or anything of the sort– they will help you patiently design it as well. I had been on the search for a reliable printer to create and produce some quality vinyl stickers for me for a while.
I would call places in NYC and they all seemed to be too expensive or too busy to help walk me thru getting exactly what I needed to get done.
Then I remember a friend of mine raving about this print company that helped her and apparently still does with all her print and branding.
She gave me the number and I called.
Within minutes I knew that this small job would be done the right way.
Just the questions the owner asked me made me feel confident I was going to get what I wanted.
The design came out perfect.
The stickers came out perfect and it was cheaper for me to order them from Miami and ship them to NYC then it was for me to get them done locally in Ny.

I cant begin to express how impressed I am with the quality and customer service I received using this company. Talk about going above and beyond!
It all started a few months ago. I had called for help because I wanted to print several size pics for a collage for my sons room. I spoke with a gentleman named Michael and he gave me free advise on how I should resize my pictures for better print output. He told me for what I wanted to do I was better off going to Walgreens and he would be happy to help me with the image files.
I thought to myself, Wow, he didnt have to do that, he could of just taken my money and charged me 3x more for what I could do cheaper at a Walgreens. So I thought, there is someone with integrity, and saved his contact.
Sure enough I called him a again a few weeks ago when, as the true procrastinator that I am I waited til the day before to design and print out a huge background image to use as a photo-​op for my sons 1^st birthday sports-​themed party. What happened next was insane. The level of support I received from him was out of this world. He worked on his day off since he was already closed for the day when i called, the design was flawless, he called kinkos and asked to speak to the manager to make sure the printing specs were on point, he hand delivered the final product for me when something at Kinkos didn’t go as expected, and he called after to make sure I was satisfied. Mind you, this was like a $ 20 job. When I told him he didn’t have to do all that he simply answered with:
«I would move mountains for my kids, I just want you to be happy.»
Wow. just Wow.

It is very clear to me why so many people have left very nice reviews in this business.
From the very 1^st call I was presented with some options for my companies business cards that I had never really thought about it seen before.
They varied in price but never once did I feel like the owner was trying to up sell me.
I did feel this way with 2 other local companies.
The design process was smooth.
A few emails back and forth and I was happy.
And the finished product was exactly what I wanted.
We also went ahead and printed retractable banners and vinyl stickers and each and every time the job and service was perfect.
At this point we wouldn’t consider anyone else to help with our print and advertising media.
These guys actually made me look good to my boss. :-)

Michael (the owner) runs a very efficient and speedy shop and bent over backwards to get us what we needed in time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality finished product, reliability, and awesome customer service.

It started with a banner.
Great job fast turnaround.
Then we did some business cards.
Amazing quality. Then we ordered a step and repeat the perfect finishing touch to our launch event,
And then we ended up basically doing all of our print with Iprint and design usa.
They have always been on time easy to work with, always fair and always great quality.
They help us with a lot more then what I would have ever imagined a print company doing

The response by the business owner to this review is factually wrong and untrue. All statements in my review can be backed up by written communication between us and iPrint. To accuse me of extortion is slanderous as I’ve asked for nothing beyond what was paid (in full and in advance!).
To claim that they had to block our calls and emails is simply ludicrous. I have not been in contact with iPrint since the mailing was sent. They were the ones contacting us after we posted this review and asked for the review to be removed. I quote from their emails: «You have a business as well.» and «Just think about the tides being turned.» and «…do onto other as you would want done onto you.». I understand that as a threat to slander my business if I don’t comply.
I stand by our statements about our experience with iPrint and Design USA and their response to this review confirms my negative opinion of them.

I run a very popular Itallian resturant in Brickell and we are very particular about the look and feel of our brand.
Working with I Print and design usa has made things a little but easier for us.
We do not have to baby sit them and call them a million times.
We speak, handle invoice and before I even have time to think about it the job is being delivered to us and is always the best quality.
We had tried other print businesses and I have one thing to say.
You get what you pay for.
I learned a few valuable lesson working with Iprint and design Usa.
Lesson #1
When I tried to cut back on costs, I ended up spending more in the long run to get what I wanted to begin with.
Had to do it 2x instead of once the correct way.
I almost feel guilty that we actually tried another printer once.
The quality and service simply was not the same and I was embarrassed about this.
Lesson #2
If it’s not broken don’t fix it.
Michael welcomed us back with open arms and continued to work with us on all of our projects.
I think people underestimate that role your printing company plays in your brand. We won’t ever make that mistake again.
These guys simply get it and deliver as promised always.
We have made business cards with them, printed vinyl, event signage, menu inserts, retractable banners and even a few customer creative things that we didn’t even know how to properly explain but somehow Michael took the time to listen to us and our needs and was able to create exactly what we envisioned.
I’m very happy to have Iprint and design usa as an extended part of our business and I’m very happy to see them growing at the speed they are.
I very highly recommend iPrint and design usa.

Without exaggerating… and keep in mind, I am a small business owner as well… Michael’s customer service is possibly the greatest I have ever received. I don’t usually leave Unilocal reviews unless the service or product blew my mind. in this case, it’s both.
He talked to me throughout the day to get me the exact product I wanted and never tried to sell me on something he felt was unnecessary for my exact project. We even went back and forth on extremely geeky/​techy photoshop problems and with 7 years of photoshop experience under my belt, I actually learned something new today just trying to resolve a problem I was having!
But that’s not what led me to write this review. I actually needed only 100 cards from the 500 I ordered by tomorrow night and not only did he let me know that that was even possible to do in the first place, but he is going to deliver them to me… I rest my case.

Even though the quality of the product produced is excellent — as mentioned by many other reviewers what really stands out here is the service.
I unforortunately was tasked with reproducing some very unique business cards that we needed before a trade show — and made the mistake of initially sending my business to another shop. Not only were these other cards embarassing — but they took up valuable time to produce and left me scrambling. Fortunately, my next stop was iprint & design.
Michael not only ensured that my business cards would arrive before the show — he also offered to have them shipped to the conference if there happened to be any issue. In addition, he provided helpful input regarding the design of the cards and everyone was very pleased with the finished result. After that, we also had him produce some brochures that were equally impressive in quality.
Michael as an owner is genuinely concerned about your needs and won’t deliver anything less than a high quality product. He’s also happy to help if you need a bit of extra guidance — which is easy for him to do as he meets with all of his new customers personally at their place of business.
We will definitely continue to call on him for all of our printing needs.
