I’ve been training with Joe for a couple of months. He has completely changed my life. I had a baby and needed to get back in shape and lose all the baby fat and flubber. It’s been 9 months since I had my son and you wouldn’t even tell! It’s been tough but he’s pushed and challenged me every step of the way.
His personal transformation alone is to be admired!
I would and have highly recommended him to anyone.
