**I did not order flowers here; I was the recipient** multiple small errors turned this experience into a bad one.
A few minutes after 4pm a very pleasant sounding woman called me to alert me to the fact that someone had requested to deliver me flowers and would I be there at the time specified of 5pm? Um. Im quite sure these flowers were supposed to have been a surprise from my husband as he had them delivered to my office. If he has already advised you I would be here until 5pm why would you need to contact me?! When I explained that is not very customer friendly, they should at the very least contact the sender, she became very rude and snappy stating «we dont want the flowers to die». Um. Really? My husband has sent me multiple bouquets of flowers and never once have I received a call to confirm delivery. This ruins the surprise, as I mentioned to her. She abruptly hung up the phone.
Unacceptable and unprofessional. This is simply customer feedback. Maybe she doesnt, but some women like surprises. Even if she did not agree with my opinion, thats not the way to handle my concern.
To make matters worse, no more than 5 minutes after speaking with her the flowers were delivered. Obviously there is a lack of communication between the delivery drivers and the home office. The other women in my office were happier than I; my surprise was ruined by this woman without an ounce of empathy, which is horrible for someone in the flower business.
To add to the unprofessionalism, my husband called to confirm delivery and was advised by this woman that she is from Queens, NY and would have given me a piece of her mind. My husband, who is very kind, had no negative response to her but he informed me he was completely appalled and instantly regretted spending his money there. Also, he advised me the arrangement I received was not as he ordered it.
The delivery guy was very nice.
I received 23 pink roses. My husband advised me of course he ordered 2 dozen; who orders 23 flowers?

The floral designs found here are so creative, fresh and truly amazing.
The orchid and blooming plants are put together so artistically and the
unique cache pots and containers just add to the beauty.
Jenny can create everything from a simple gift to a major event.
I have been a client of Jennys for years and every time I have have sent a gift I get back rave reviews.
The staff is polite, highly skilled and a pleasure to do business with.
Daily delivery throughout the Miami area and out of town delivery services in the US and internationally have helped me out numerous times when a quick gift was required.
