He is a great tailor. He works in cash only so be aware of that but I’ve been using him for months now to tailor shirts and buttons on different clothes as well as hem pants. Great price and friendly service. I’d recommend calling ahead to make sure you have the correct address because I don’t think Unilocal has updated it yet. Also calling ahead helps because you can set up a time where he can give you his full attention if you have a lot of items. He usually works late into the night and even after hours.

This man does great work and is reasonably priced. Not just that but he’s also very kind and caring. Always pays attention to great detail and provides excellent guidance on how certain things should fit in order to get my desired look.

I called to ask a very simple question & the person who answered the phone claiming to be the owner (a man) was very sarcastic/​rude & then hung up the phone on my face! I will be sure to let everyone know that these people clearly do not know how to speak to/​treat potential customers. Horrible!!!

I took my daughter’s prom dress to shorten the hem. Jose is a skilled tailor and his work was impeccable. I was very pleased with his work.

The very best tailor in the Kendall area. I always use him for alterations. Two days before my brothers wedding and I was in a panic. My dress as well as my daughters needed alterations. He was able to do it and do it well during crunch time. I am so grateful.

I live in both Chicago and Miami due to work. As far as TAILORS go in Miami, THIS IS THE PLACE! I wouldn’t expect the regular Miamian to understand what quality craftsmanship looks like since they just run around in Target sun dresses and flip flops every day. I get ALL my clothes tailored by Jose. By the way, let me remind you that Jose is a TAILOR, NOT just someone who does alterations. Jose’s work is TOP quality and has truly mastered his craft.

This place is tucked away in a small shopping center in the hammocks. Very small place: however, very professional and personal. The price is a little bit high but you get quality work. I usually have my kids school pants altered there and go to this shop every year and I have never been disappointed. I definitely recommend this tailor.

Such a rude encounter with the person who does the alterations. Would never in a million years recommend this shop to anyone. Didn’t even leave my dress because the guy was such a jerk, not professional at all and extremely cocky. Such a horrible experience! I rather pay more money somewhere else where people are nicer and actually acknowledge you when you walk into their business. Customer service goes a long way!
