I’ve been coming here for several different occasions, and every time, the staff is beyond friendly, I’ve never had to wait for too long, and the work Dr. Flores does is excellent. He’s a professional, yet always makes me feel comfortable every time I go. He’s a wonderful dentist! I highly recommend him!

I’m a regular patient and I’ve normally only had to go for cleanings until today. I broke my front tooth on Friday night and he took me in Monday morning. He made a filling for me that match my other tooth perfectly. He took his time and was very compassionate. His staff has always been very friendly. My husband is also a patient and we are both very satisfied with his and his staff’s services. Some people just want narcotics and will do anything to get them. If I was in excruciating pain, I will find a way to get the procedure needs ASAP.

I went here with severe tooth pain. I though it was my wisdom tooth that needed removal or possibly a root canal. After Dr. Florestook the PA xray and the panoramic he informs me that its my 2nd molar and not the 3rd molar aka wisdom tooth. At this point he tells the importance of keeping my teeth as long as I can, advising that I not get it pulled but rather do a root canal with a crown. Sound advice! He then tells me that he isn’t comfortable doing the root canal but can refer me to some dentists in the area that can do it, but he would go head and do the tooth extraction if that was the route i decided to go as it is about 80% cheap in the short-run. Ok, so i decide to think about it and since im a medical student with a very busy schedule, barely managing to find time to see him on this day, knowing It would be about a week if not more before I could see someone else. I insisted he give me something for the pain as i haven’t been able to sleep or eat well for the past 2 weeks due to the severe nature of the pain. He was very uncompassionate. He told me that he would give me prescription strength motrin(800mg ibuprofen). I told him that would not subside the severity of this pain as I’ve used it in the past and know the pain im in wont be controlled. I ask him for 1 weeks worth of appropriate pain killers. Again i am a medical student, and i am well aware of the issues sounding addiction to pain meds but i tell him that 1 weeks worth isn’t something he should hesitate to prescribe since my quality of life has been diminishing. I had to beg him to agree to to give me medium strength opiates, either vicodin or norco, for the breakthrough pain and he said he would give me a 3 day supply of vicodin/norco and a week supply of tylenol #3. When i get to the pharmacy to pick up the meds, i find out he only wrote me a script for a week worth of motrin and a 10 count of tylenol #3. I goes without having to say that I was in a lot of pain until i found a knowledgeable dentist who offered me a week supply of percocet(high strength opiates) when i asked for vicodin. This other dentist said that the vicodin wouldn’t do much to help me with the pain and that I needed something like percocet. JCF, DMD is good when you want an affordable tooth extraction and regular cleanings(i assume), but if you suffer from tooth pain find someone who knows what they’re doing.
