I love Julian’s designs and he gives the ultimate service himself to where you leave feeling like a princess. Go for his custom gowns that he likes to make only one model each of. There is on-site tailoring as well — super convenient!

If you’ve ever looked into local fashion designers you’ve heard of Julian Chang. Understated, modern classics with detailed tailoring. As expected, this doesn’t come cheap but also doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. About a third of the store is from other designers and the rest is pure Julian Chang. Teetering on the conservative side this was a winner for me. I’d come here for a gown or a signature blouse that can be both feminine but with a strong, tailored cut. Not the friendliest service in town. You will definitely have to engage them first but once you do they are pleasant and helpful.

Woohoo, three boutiques all next to each other. Of course we had to go in and see what this place was all about. There is a doorbell to get buzzed in. There was a gentleman working in the store, he did greet us when we walked in but then totally ignored us the entire time. Did it look like we could not afford the clothes? Did it look like it was not our style? The boutique has a very upscale feel to it with a nice designer uptown chic, elegant look. I found most of the clothes to be something most suburban mom’s would wear or just clients who like designer labels. No doubt the clothes are excellent quality. For me it was just meh, because most of the selection was very conservative. For a wedding gown or elegant formal night they had a decent selection of gowns. The prices are high, but you get what you pay for. It is worth checking them out as everyone’s style is very different. A few items were very elegant and I did appreciate the quality but nothing grabbed me with the wow factor especially for the price. Also, it felt like it could be a bit snobby for me, from the non attention we got while looking around. Guess they don’t need my money…
