Keller Williams Realty is a GREAT place full of experienced Realtors! In regards to the previous review, any company can have a few bad eggs, but overall, this company is a great place to work, or to hire a realtor from.

TERRIBLE. They assigned us one of their accountants instead of a realtor (which I didn’t find out until afterwards). He was late to every viewing we had… possibly because he scheduled them all during am &/​or pm rush hour for some idiotic reason! When we put an offer on a house, he said we should leave a deposit in escrow. As soon as that check cleared, he’s been unreachable. I texted, left voicemails at both work & mobile, & sent emails to both work & personal. Still nothing for days.
When I called the receptionist, she confirmed that I had all the correct contact information. I asked if she’d seen him around the office the last week, & she said yes. Apparently, he just refuses to return my calls/​texts/​emails.
So, I called the escrow company. They were at least polite but won’t release our funds until they hear from this guy.
There are so many realtors everywhere; don’t settle for these. Find anyone else.
