Kendale Air Conditioning

I wish I had done this sooner but better late than never. I recently bought an Ecobee3 Smart Thermostat and tried to install it myself, mind you I’m pretty tech savvy and can do most things by myself. HVAC apparently falls under one of my weaknesses.
During my installation I realized I needed a 5^th wire for my thermostat, often referred to as the common wire. I called several AC repair companies all of which wanted to come and quoted by way too much.
I continued to call several AC repair man until I ran into Jay. Jay was one of the most honest and upfront repairman that I’ve ever met. He saved me hundreds of dollars, came to my house on time, installed my thermostat and made sure everything worked properly before he left.
I never write reviews but Jay really deserves one, he cares about providing great customer service to everyone and goes out of his way to help people. He’s up to date with the latest technology in HVAC and continues to learn.

Water gushed like Niagara Falls. I called in a panic. The lady who answered was wonderful and kind. Jay, who obtained details, was wonderful and calming. Pepe, who came to the rescue, is Superman. Not only was the problem fixed very late on a Friday afternoon, but I know how to prevent it from recurring. In one phone call, I was given answers to prove that another a/​c contractor has repeatedly lied to my girlfriend about service and parts availability. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, despite me not likely to be a customer because the landlord decides who comes to service the property. I would hire this company instantly. They were all solutions in 1 call, not full of maybes or variables like what I am currently dealing with.
