Kenny & Dolly Grooming Place

We have been taking our pup here for about a year now and have had a great experience each time. He comes back looking great and they always take great care of him. The staff are very friendly and treat our pup well. Our in-​laws also take their dogs here and have never had a complaint. Great service, great prices and your pup comes out looking great.

This place SUCKS!!! The owner is unreliable and changes the price of your pet after you leave them. When I came back to pick up both my dogs, she not only charged me more without informing me but they take forever to get your dog from the back… Their prices are extremely high! And the service is low class and sucks! Never again!

They act very friendly when you drop off your dog, but when you check why your dog is rubbing his head on floor. I saw the big cut on his head. I will never recommend to anyone that loves there dog.

Very unprofessional and horrible experience. I have been taking my precious pup to this grooming company for four years. I continued to take my dog here because it was fast service and they APPEARED to be friendly workers. However, recently I took my dog and noticed his snout was not exactly trimmed short how it always was so I kindly asked the owner, Elena to simply if she could cut just a tad more off his snout and face. I supposed this angered the owner which then prompted her to shave my dog’s snout completely. When she brought him back he looked exactly like a fox (I have a Maltese). I decided right then and there I would never take him back.
Yesterday I received a phone call asking to come back from another lady that has cut his hair in the past. When I decided to give the place another shot the owner greeted me with a sarcastic comment in Spanish saying «Don’t worry, I’m not going to touch him» with that said I preceded to tell her that I did not appreciate what she had done that day to my dog. She kept giving me attitude and didn’t appreciate how I had asked her to cut more. I continued to explain to her that I pay 40 dollars every two weeks for my dog to get groomed and I would like to get my money’s worth. It’s my preference. Her services are not free. She continued to give me attitude so therefore asked for my dog back and will never return to this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this grooming place. The owner is sarcastic and unprofessional. And with that she lost another customer.

They where very professional and timely. They were able to fit my dog in for an appointment last minute and he was ready on time. They were very caring with my dog and seemed to enjoy what they do. Their prices are reasonable and my long hair dog looked great. I had a great experience and recommend them.

I took my dog to get groomed here and it was such a great experience. I was very hesitant to take my dog to an unknown groomer after various others had butchered his beautiful coat. The biggest concern was that they wouldn’t know how to cut his hair into the traditional ‘Westie’ shape.
When I dropped off my dog, I was greeted by friendly staff and they assured me that they knew how to cut his hair (even after I showed them a picture). When I picked him up a few hours later, he was perfectly groomed and smelling great. To top it off, the price was fantastic especially considering how dirty and how long his hair was. This place was great and I will definitely go again.

They were extremely nice. They groomed my dog exactly the way I wanted. Will definitely go back.
