Killian Palms Country Club

I have organized many events here and have no complaints. Great staff, friendly and accommodating. The place is beautiful.

This review is from a wedding where I attended the other day. So the review is primarily on the wedding area that they have in the back of the main building:
For starters, it is an unassuming entrance. It doesn’t look like much. A half hidden building with a non-​level cracked parking lot adjoining it.
But when we entered the wedding area it was a beautiful space. Music was flowing from speakers and the garden area with the small white gazebo was surrounded with greenery.
It wasn’t a massive area, but for a wedding for 100 or so guests or less, the setting was perfect.
I could take stars off for what felt like a run a down quality of the rest of the location, but the garden terrace was perfect for a wedding

I wish there was zero stars possible. Worst place ever. Do not plan any events here. Rude staff and they will steal your money.

I was recently here for a baby shower and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I pass by here almost every time I go to work and always wondered how the facility would be for an event. It was just the right amount of space, and the way it was decorated was really nice and elegant.
The staff was very professional and attentive, one of the gentlemen even walked to my car to help me take out the gifts I had brought for the hosts. The wait staff worked continuously, making sure everyone had what they needed and the bartender was very nice as well– the little bar area — another highlight.
The food was good, at least it wasn’t your typical Miami food of rice and beans with platanos… lol it was chicken with wild rice and a mescaline salad.
Overall, I would come back here for another even, that is if I don’t end up doing one there myself.
