Kmart

I cannot speak on this Kmart itself — though if the lighting and parking-​lot shopping cart maintenance is any indication, the milk is probably expired, the hedge clippers dull and the pajamas no doubt so flammable you might as well fall asleep atop a funeral pyre. All I can comment on is the enclosed Little Caesars. I went in for a pizza to smuggle into the nearby cinema (to hell with salted styrafoam shards aka popcorn). The lady who sold me the bland cheese pizza «hot» and ready didnt think I would be able to bring it into the evening screening. I should have gotten her name and address so I could send her a photo of me snacking on the mediocre pizza while lounging in the backrow as Mad Max played in front of me. I would then also send her future displays of successful cinema smuggling operations (half rack of ribs, goat curry, ocotopus sashimi, oysters in the shell, escargot, and Baleadas). So two stars for her lack of faith in me. Nobody doubts Doc Suds. Nobody.

The worst plase ever. Pizza is old. Not barely any cheeze or tomatoe sauce. And u have to wait 10 min

Try going early Saturday morning only one cashier and a huge line really only 1 cashier? Other then that you find a lot of what you need in one place

Wow. What a nasty, nasty place.
By nasty, I don’t mean nasty because of the merchandise, or because it’s disorganized, but because of the people that work there! Fortunately for me, I’ve usually found everything quite organized.
I believe that, when hiring the people that work here, the manager just hand picked the worst group of employees in all of South Florida. What a group of unprofessional, individuals with such a strong lack of customer service skills.
When you enter this store, you will not be offered help, and you will not be greeted either. Don’t expect any of that. However, do expect attitude from employees. Also expect to see employees cursing among themselves and in front of customers (yes, I, sadly, experienced this).
Never coming back in here.

Terrible service. Pizza is either undercooked or cold. Dont bother, use another little Ceasers if you need a $ 5 pizza fix.

This Kmart is crowded and disorganized at times but if you are patient you can find some nice deals. Located at Southland Mall it is easy to get to and has plenty of parking.

This is just off the highway and we stopped for a few minutes to pick up water. There was not much of a crowd but the lines were still moving very SLOW

I am not a big Kmart fan in general, but this one is just plain terrible. It’s old and dirty. The people who work their sometimes claim to not speak English so that they don’t have to help you. There are almost never enough registers open. And the bathrooms are always disgustingly dirty!!! Stay away from this Kmart. You are better off driving across the road to Target.

Weren’t you going out of business? Didn’t Kmart file for chapter 11? Kmart is a dying breed down here. With Walmart taking over the world one store at a time Kmart is still gutting it out. They actually have alot of good reasonably priced items here. It is never extremely packed like some stores, and it is very organized. I come to Kmart to buy alot of stuff. I remember coming to Kmart as a kid to buy beebee’s for my gun. Its great to see Kmart still around.

This Kmart is pretty ghetto. Most of the lights overhead don’t work or are turned off making the store depressing.
The costumer service is alright. Staff is nice and helpful but not extraordinary. Sometimes it is a little tough to find someone but it is 3 star service.
I’m giving this Kmart 2 stars do to it’s lighting. I’m not kidding when I say you will suddenly feel sad when you walk in. lol

OK, this K-​mart sucks as much as the one on 104^th and US1. I am pretty sure K-​mart is taking a dive from corporate on down. I haven’t been to a decent K-​mart in over a decade. How on earth is this company still kicking?

I trekked down to this Kmart at Southland Mall in search of a pergola. This particular pergola was sold out online and in every other Kmart store in town. My local Kmart searched the area and told me there were 3 in stock at the Southland Mall store. I called ahead and explained I wanted to make sure they had it since I had to travel a bit and was assured the pergola was there. I asked them to hold one for me and I’d be there shortly.
I arrived on a mission and found an employee to tell him what I needed. I was told someone would come and help me. That person then stood with another employee chit chatting for the next 20 min while I sat on the patio furniture waiting. And waiting. I went back to tell them no one has come to help. They were nice but not too helpful. Then I waited and waited some more. Then a manager looking female happened to be walking by, I told her I wanted to purchase the pergola, and she went to the back to get it. Another 15 – 20 min later she surfaced and said they didn’t have it in stock. After I explained I called ahead and was told there were 3 in stock she disappeared again only to finally tell me they located it and would bring it up so I can FINALLY leave.
The whole time I was here I felt like I had to beg these people to take my hard earned money in exchange for the item. It was ridiculous how long I had to wait (over an hour) and how there were people just standing around who could and should have helped me to begin with.
The men who helped me get the thing in my car were very helpful. It was heavy and there’s no way I could have lifted the box so the second star is for their help. Besides that I’d avoid this store like the plague if my shopping was going to require assistance from anyone.
