catering staff is EXCELLENT! great personal presentation and very polite employees.
the «wedding planners» are quite rude and really don’t reflect the exclusivity of the company. If you can hire the catering alone, do it, not the «planners!»
A+ to the food, presentation, and all the employees! oh! and amazing turnaround on entertaining guests’ palates!

I wouldn’t know where to start with Lasso the Moon. First of all, their location is very convenient and easily accessible for those coming from Brickell, Gables, or the Grove. Their office is gorgeous and from the moment you walk in, you can already tell that Cynthia (the owner) simply «gets it» and has an aesthetic for beauty both in nature and in man made design. Her office manager Greg was an absolute PLEASURE to work with and was one of the most gracious people I have ever come across. He took the time to put together the most beautiful and professional proposal I had ever seen and was even so courteous enough to hand deliver it to my home. As customers, we can be picky and annoying, and it is the caterers job to be patient and understanding. The staff at Lasso the Moon were just that. Furthermore, their professionalism and attention to detail is unparalleled — their walkthrough of the property before an event is very thorough and Dave (in charge of logistics/​engineering, etc) is very knowledgeable and offered immediate solutions in areas that were difficult to work around. They prepared a gorgeous menu and EXCEEDED my expectations. I’d recommend them anytime.
