Horrible and beyond. They never answer phone calls or return calls and messages. I’m still waiting on an email. I live in one of their properties and still waiting for them to reply to me. Horrible company, if apt wasn’t great price I would def move the flying fuck out.

DO NOT EVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I tried renting an apartment they managed and I had to deal with some of the worst people. For starters, they don’t give you any kind of time frame on when your application will be done, and to make matters worse they take their sweet time getting to all of your information. I told them I had a very strict time frame of 2 weeks to get approved before I could move in, and even 3 weeks later they still «didn’t have time to get to my application». After multiple phone calls a day dealing with their receptionists who didn’t know a single thing about the business they worked for I told them to cancel my application immediately. They make you pay $ 200 for the application fee, but in the end they should be paying you for all of the horrible service you will have to deal with. If you ever come across a rental that requires you to rent through them, run the other way.
