The people have good customer service. I like that I was able to walk in and get an appointment on the spot. I didn’t like that fact that the guy charged me the highest price for lenses and didn’t ask what I want. When I made him aware that my friend only paid $ 40 he started offering me other options. I hate when people lack integrity. Let me as a consumer pick what I want instead of conning me. I will be following up with the corporate office.

This morning stopped at Lenscrafters to get my new prescription for reading glasses. Love going here because the service is always fast and professional. The specialist helped me to choose some decent, funky frames. I’ve been getting my glasses here over the past several years and it is consistent. The staff is very customer service-​oriented. Stephanie Jimenez who is the manager is also a P90X fan and has had an amazing transformation.
