I hate shopping for clothes. With that said, this is the only store I leave in a better mood then when I walk in. Every single one of the staff I’ve come into contact with has great customer service skills. They are right there when you need them but don’t follow you around the store hovering while you browse. The staff at the Falls location is great at helping you choose items that you can mix and match to make multiple outfits. They also don’t disappear on you once your in the dressing room, there is always someone around to switch out a size, recommend a different top, or give you that thumbs up when something fits perfect. Oh! Did I mention their clearance section is amazing and just as organized as the rest of the store (which is impeccable) and they have great sales all the time.

When I need a wardrobe overhaul I head to Ann Taylor Loft in the Falls. There is always a section of sale items that I browse through first and then I head to the current style offering. There is always someone there to give me guidance that is MUCH more fashion forward than I am. Not only do they gently nudge me out of my comfort zone but they make sure I don’t buy duplicates of something I don’t need. The fitting rooms are great and they are very helpful in getting you a new size when you need it. They are also those fitting rooms that make you feel and look great rather than trying to escape the fluorescent lights! Sign up for their email list for discounts and offers, there is always some reason to visit Ann Taylor!
note: pants sometimes stretch a bit so make sure you are getting the right size!

Clothes for the working women! The one best thing about the company itself, is that they cater to what the people what! Meaning, if you sign up for emails, you’ll get secret sales and offers. The store employees might not tell you about it. But recent the company has been emailing the subscribers exclusive discounts and sales that are online and in store. Plus, if you’re a teacher, you get a teacher discount. What makes it even better is that, their clothes really last!!!
Regarding this location, the staff are helpful in finding an outfit and finding your size. The only problem sometimes is that they do not carry XXS or 00 for size people. I’m tall, I can’t shop in petite.
