Good News, they have cheap flooring but here’s the bad news, IT’s CHEAP FLOORING. This company is a scam. Stay away. The flooring is garbage and customer service is even worse. Pay a little more and get something quality somewhere else that will last.

First let me say that Gus is great. I had been to this location weeks prior and was interested in a flooring for my kids room. At that time It was on sale, but I decided to continue shopping around. Well I did and only ended up coming back. Gus was very helpful, knowledgeable and honored the sale price!

Unethical practices! We bought laminate floors for our son’s room and playroom despite having gorgeous new tile so that he wouldn’t hurt himself as bad if he fell. Well turns out that they sold us floors containing 13 times… yes, 13 times the legal dosage of formaldehyde. The floors we bought are now part of a huge class action lawsuit, which they were well aware of when selling the floors to us. When we called them they refused to help us or give us a refund and stated that they continue to stand by their products. All in all, if you have a genetic predisposition to cancer and would like to trigger it, then buy floors from here. They’re great at completely disregarding human life. Now we have to rip the new floors out, test our air quality and monitor our 19 month old son for any future ailments.

I have been buying laminate floors from Lumber Liquidators for over 10 years now. What 60 minutes did to them was really B. S… I love there products and there service. I have followed Gus (manager) since he was in ft Lauderdale to the Miami location. I have been to plenty of there stores to pick up materials and get the same treatment in everyone. This is an A+ organization. There products are A+. Those investor that did this to them should be arrested for false information. I should be dead by now if this was all true I cut the wood and get the dust in my lungs daily. I hope when the smoke clears 60 minutes and the media help clear there name the way the tarnished it. I had a great experience here today! I desperately needed replacement wood flooring on a discontinued color. Upon arrival, their system showed they did not have any left. Jorge and other employees personally went to the back to look and found the last two boxes and edges! THANK YOU SO MUCH! One of a kind! Thank you Jorge for your prompt attention and help. My floor can finally look normal again!

Knowledgeable yet not pushy or clingy in any way.
We just recently ripped up the old carpet in 3 of our rooms and put down bamboo wood floors.
Why Bamboo? Because it is environmentally friendly, cheap (as far as hardwoods go), comes in lots of different colors, styles and even hardness now. (Did you see the MYTHBUSTERS that showed that Bamboo grows so fast, it will actually grow THROUGH a human, confirming its use as a torture method.)
They have a variety of hardwoods, plus the fake wood stuff, and all the additional goop you need to put the floor down (including enviro friendly goop.)
We had already bought flooring for a previous room with them, and if we ever do more, will use them again.
