M & M Laundry

This coin laundry has an option for you to leave your clothes. They will wash it for you and charge you by the pound, however this is by far the worse place you can leave your clothes to be washed. The staff is rude and have no concept of business etiquette, they are constantly arguing with their customers, the owner is absent and will not be bothered with your concerns. So if the employee messes up you are on your own. To mention some of the issues I have experienced: I have had missing clothes, on one occasion none of my daughter’s school uniform pants came home (a total of 10 pants) and they weren’t able to explain what happened. On another occasion they sent me back dirty clothes, apparently one of their washer machines was not washing the clothes, and instead of rewashing it they just dried it dirty, the clothes smelled horrible. But the final straw was when they ruined all my white clothes. I always sort my clothes in 3 piles darks, colors, and whites. Within my darks was a brand new pair of extremely dark jeans. Apparently the staff decided to dry all my clothes together and all my whites came home light blue. No one mentioned this issue when I picked up the clothes. I went back to get answers and my money back but the staff advised me the owner will contact me but no one ever did.

I have heard so many horror stories about going to Laundromats– so many that I irked and fell quite faint when I had to go to M & M laundry to do my laundry. Okay, I am overexaggerating, but all the stories I heard made me feel awkward here.
However, my anxieties and fears subsided when I visited this place. It is your stop-​and-​go type of Laundromat. There are a good amount of washers and dryers, so you’re not waiting around for one.
First time here? Keep in mind that the prices for the washers are different. The front of the store has the more expensive washers ($ 3.50), and the back has the least expensive ones ($ 2.50– I think). The washers here are very efficient and wash your clothes rather quickly.
The dryers are very efficient as well. They have three different types of options for the amount of heat you wish to dry your clothes, so just put the dryer on high (if you are in a hurry), and wait 15 minutes. Not bad at all.
If my washer/​dryer is ever broken, I definitely plan to come here.
An okay place for all your laundry needs.

I’ve been dropping my clothes off at this laundromat for some time now, they have lost two pairs of my pants and they refused to replace them or pay me back.
