M & R Sweet Candy Store

This place sucks. People who work here are idiots and the candy is stale.

Located at Bayside, this little store offers your favorite candies in bulk. I found it to be the perfect place to buy a gift for that person-​who-​has-​everything-​but has a major sweet tooth.
You can get your typical gummy candies, jelly bellys and brand-​name candies like skittles, m & m’s and reeses pieces. Except for the sugar-​free candy section, you can mix all your favorite candies for the same price. Plus you’ll also find some old school candy like Big League Chew, Razzles and Pop Rocks.
I found a plastic clear bag for 35 cents and the counter girl tied it up with a nice ribbon and spent quite a bit of time while there were customers waiting to make it look perfect.
If you’ve got a sweet tooth then be on guard! At 12.99 per lb it adds up quickly!!! Trust me, I left the store $ 40 later!
