I wear clothes from here too often really and i get compliments all the time. lets be realistic about size of the store… there is no «back» so honestly a savvy «madragger» knows not to bother employees. Honestly I pity them because I have worked retail and the store is not bad for what it is: RAINBOW in 2015. Because if you want something to complain about have you been to a Rainbow lately? I digress, totes recommend Madrag … carries the same stuff as agaci but cheaper (quality too but hey you get what you pay for!) and i actually love the shoes there too…

Im giving this 3 stars because… I guess you get what you pay for! Yes, you can find some nice clothes at a very low price but get ready to leave this place with a headache! Salsa music blasting, horrible customer service, and the filthiest fitting rooms ever!

Again, second Madrag with the staffs attitude problem! I don’t understand how every single store they own has this problem.
Other than that, this place is super cute, cheap, and has a bit of everything!

I used to shop here all the time, hadn’t been here in about a year.
Since last Spring!
To my surprise the walls are now painted pink, there’s a completely new staff (who in plural don’t help at all, give attitude including the cashier who was angry, kept yelling each others name «Heidi», it’s like they can’t stand being there + they are constantly laughing/​playing around).
The music was ok at 1^st but after a while it was annoying, they constantly went in back to change it, & many customers found it to be very-​loud (I couldn’t even answer a call I received).
My biggest problem were the prices on some items = overpriced yet the jeans were ok & vice versa.

Published this review because I purchased an item from their CLEARANCE racks that said $ 9 (view picture I uploaded) but at checkout they charged me MORE: $ 12 instead of $ 9.
That’s unfair.
Another issue is that when I entered the store I asked one of the employees the price on a red button blouse which I was interested in. She said «I think it’s $ 1» I replied «what?» (how could it be $ 1) but then instead of finding out the price to be sure, she took it of my hands & said she was organizing that.
Later in my mind I was like: Hello I was planning on purchasing that either way…
I always spend a lot when I come here but I made my smaller purchase and left unhappy this time.
