Mar-Bar Management

One of the most unprofessional organizations I have ever dealt with. They rented me an apartment infested with roaches and mold, an AC that didn’t work, bad locks, bad blinds, broken window sills, filthy bathroom and kitchen. its took 6 weeks to get those issues resolved. Since, any issue I have had has taken at least a month the fix. If you call the office, the rude team of receptionists will always put you on hold for at least 5 minutes, and they never call back when they say they will. It takes at least a month to fix anything, and will always try to make something wrong seem like its your fault. They don’t use email (in 2015), and there is no emergency point of contact. I have tried to reason with them because of the low rental cost, but they are breaking so many Florida rentals statutes, and are so abusive to me as a paying tenant, its not even funny. They are used to tenants that don’t have any standards and accept anything they tell them. I work in litigation, and have documented photos, letters, and conversations of this negligence. I am going to see a Dr. next week regarding the possibility of mold inhalation, because the realtor told me the apartment was flooded, that’s why they replaced the carpets. I am a working professional, and I have never dealt with such a ridiculously rude and unprofessional organization in my life. I am working on retaining a lawyer for my subsequent contact with the company, and will included all there photos and documentation over the past 1.5 years.
