WARNING… STEER CLEAR OF ANY MATTRESS ONE, because in the end, you’re dealing with the same company that has stolen $ 5000 from me, plus they still have the bed itself. A bed I cancelled a few days after purchase and still had nearly three weeks before delivery. The never showed, which tells me they cancelled the order, and yet, they have not refunded me a penny, and in fact have said they won’t be. This is after I got it in writing that it would be refunded, and I was also verbally told that it would be refunded, both times with witnesses. I will be contacting a lawyer. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I’m including a link to the BBB website so you can see for yourself just how shady this company is.
