I’ve been here several times for work events because they used to rent out their first floor space for parties and such. It’s a cool space; however, I went back last Friday for their downtown art walk kick off party and the area I’ve been to for those rent a space parties is all gone. Not sure if they still offer event space but they do house artists, jewelry makers and fashion designers on the 2^nd, 3^rd and 7^th floors. My friends and I stopped in and enjoyed wandering the artsy halls while taking advantage of the wine, cheese and macarons the different studio renters put out. A really cool «Cloud» installation is up that I recommend seeing (picture included). What made it even cloudier was the great view of actual clouds at sundown. Check the events at this place out. Never know what you’ll see.

Had a wonderful time here last night attending the ARTundressed show! Great venue and although the place isn’t that big it was some wonderful pieces inside. I will definitely come back here to attending another.

My family is filled with artists and a couple of them have already had exhibits here. Every time the turnouts are great, the art is exciting and the events go without a hitch. If you have not been here yet I highly recommend. Some of the best artists in Miami come through here. So if you have not yet had a chance to come to an exhibit, I highly recommend.

This building has been in transition for well over 10 years. I first visited this spot as a tourist of Miami when a friend of mine dragged me to an underground party. It was late at night and had no sense of direction since it was my first night in Miami, but I somehow was able to recognize it when I eventually moved to Miami years later.
I guess at one point it was a housing station for U.S. Customs. They would store a lot of confiscated property.
These days each floor is being partitioned and rented out to local artists. Check out their website to find out when they’ll be hosting another open studios series. The venue features exterior murals by established South Florida artists Stephen Gamson and Eleazar Delgado as well as a Black & White classic mural by students at Miami International University of Art & Design
