Nobody told the people at this fast food restaurant that it’s a fast food restaurant. We were behind a car and instead of one of the three people working there making the sundaes we ordered while we were behind in line, they had the drive through lady doing everything. We could see the other two workers doing nothing. At every McDonald’s I’ve been to, their crummy food has been ready when I got to the window. Get it together, people.

I like this location. It’s right off US1, nicely remodeled. The staff is friendly. They have dual lanes, so it moves pretty quickly. I was there on a Friday morning around 8:30am. My coffee was hot and tasted pretty fresh.

Of all days the Miami Dolphins are 3 – 0 and I wanna celebrate with cheap hamburgers and cheeseburgers. What McDonalds ever runs out of apple pies to serve? Like seriously? No apple pies on stand by. They didn’t give me a wait time. They just asked me to pull up and made us wait there a good 5 – 7 minutes ON TOP of the 5 – 7 minites we waited to pay. 14 minutes for fast food. What has the world come to? And the food is only good bc it doesn’t mold after 30 days.

ZERO stars!!! How difficult is it to take an order of: One Cheese Burger and a medium regular coke??? How can you screw this up? Drive thru is SLOW! My clothes are getting out of style while just waiting in line. The guy at the window 2 who handed me my order was very unfriendly. Didnt say anything like hello, thank you come again. Instead I got this dirty look from him like what the heck does an Asian dude like you doing in my neighborhood? OH yeah, he managed to screw my drink order by giving me a diet coke instead. I am 5’7“and weights 145LBS, what the heck do I need to order a diet coke for???

WOW were they slow on Sunday afternoon, 2:33, 4÷13÷13.
(Says the woman who is apparently taking 3 months to bother to write a review from the draft I made on my iPhone while waiting in the drive thru line.)
There was no excuse.
I expect better from a pinecrest location.

I wish the kids didn’t like it here so much. Always, always, ALWAYS check your order at the drive thru before you leave. The accuracy isn’t always so good.
