We used Metro 1 to sell our building in Wynwood. Our agent Tony Cho came highly recommended and we were very appreciative for the tip. Tony was always available, incredibly knowledgeable, highly professional and on top of his game. The Metro 1 team was also very helpful throughout the transaction – showings were scheduled far in advance, questions were always quickly answered and overall it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Metro 1 to anyone considering buying or selling property in Miami. THE BEST!

Just leased a space with Tony Arellano from Metro 1. Things could not have gone any smoother. I don’t even know where to start… First, he brought the perfect space to our attention, and patiently waited for us to make up our minds. You could tell he was ready to the next step, without being pushy, that on my book is a hard to find talent.
Fast, clear and responsive; Tony was truly a great lieson.
Add to that he’s flexibility either to accommodate our somewhat weird schedule or the fact that I took my little one to pretty much every meeting we had; and you have a solid 5 star experience.
We did meet Tony Cho in the process as well, he was also an absolute delight to interact with.

What can I say but, «thank you» to the team at Metro One, Lori Brant and Marcy Kaplan. They made my buying experience a pleasurable one.
After talking with them they knew exactly what I was looking for and spent plenty of time helping me find my perfect new home. They were actually as excited as I was. Thanks again, I love my new home!

Tony Cho couldn’t have been any more resourceful and of strength to me when I was looking for restaurant locations. We finally settled in buena vista by design district and I could not be happier. He brokered an amazing deal and he made an almost impossible deal happen. Go with the guys who are the ones that started and developing the area of wynwood, midtown, design district and buena vista. You can’t lose !!!

As I see here I am not the only one writing this kind of reviews, let me quote Jolene
«Both are very un genuine and they will not fight your battles in the home buying process.»
They do not follow through with pretty much anything, not to mention they are clearly moody people who do not know how to separate professional stuff from whatever moodiness they have brought upon themselves.
Petty people, do yourself a favor and don’t bring that crap into your life.
Let me add, they have been harassing me over email and cell phone about this review, I thought I was over having to deal with these people after they helped my horrible landlord REX KING keep my security deposit of $ 2,800.00 by shady legal procedures. Of course they would say they did not have nothing to do with it, except that they were the people who received the house from us and made our life impossible. We spent $ 700 on a professional painter to re-​paint the house and they still billed us $ 1000 for repainting over the already painted house,…and $ 900 for curtains that were not there to begin with.
We hired a lawyer to claim against the landlord to no avail as for us to get a elgal result we would need to invest more than the money our landlord stole, yes REX King stole our money, with Marcy’s and Lori’s assistance.
They have been harassing about me removing this review, well, I think if I can save one person from these experience this review is worth it. After all that is what accountability is, being responsible for you work ethics, or for that matter the lack of ethics.

if you are looking to relocate or find invest propertyt Metro 1 is all you need. Tony Cho is on top of the game. With all the downs in real estate he always comes out on top and ahead of the rest. Metro has been going GREEN long before it was the thing to do and has alot more than sustainable living to offer. check out there site.
