This florist was contracted via the site . I left a review for FTD also on Unilocal and will copy it here as most of it also applies to this florist: — Like many here, I should have read reviews first. I was drawn in by the promise of receiving a few thousand AA miles in addition to making my girlfriend happy. I picked out an arrangement — Lasting Romance Bqt(Better) at $ 79.99. After tax, tag and title, my bill was $ 106.xx. This was not a last minute order, either, I ordered these on 2÷10÷15 for delivery to her workplace on 2÷13÷15. What my girlfriend received might as well have been a bag of garbage with a cheap piece of paper stapled to it containing my note. The flowers were delivered wilted, broken and nowhere near close to resembling what was advertised. Every element of this arrangement was a complete failure. I called FTD and explained the situation, they got a hold of the florist and then told me to contact her directly so that I could send the pictures of the crappy arrangement to her before a new arrangement could be delivered. I did this and was promised delivery for the next day. Fine. But here’s what pushed me over the edge: The more I talked to my girlfriend that day, the more she mentioned how truly terrible the arrangement was. She tried to make me feel better about the whole thing, but I just felt like garbage. The main reason most of us fellas send our significant others pricey arrangements of flowers is for the experience of feeling special, surprised and wanted. What FTD delivered was a lump of coal and was nothing more than an embarrassing arrangement of leftover, broken, haphazardly arranged flowers that left me apologizing the whole day, not because I’m in trouble, but because she means more to me than what this pile of trash organization tried to pass off as a floral arrangement. FTD will never see a cent of my money again. I demanded a refund and actually got it after threatening to charge back the costs associated with the landfill fodder we got. You have all be warned. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID. If you live in the Miami area, use Trias. — That said, my girlfriend decided to directly contact the manager of this flower shop(the persons responsible for putting this travesty of a bouquet together) and was met by an incredibly rude woman(presumably the same person I spoke with earlier) whose forte is clearly not customer service or appeasing clients. Most companies pay good money to receive valuable feedback, if you were wise, you’d listen. As stated above, your product was simply garbage. Don’t blame it on boxes, the driver, falling, etc., and if you do, don’t deliver a crap quality item that you know will draw the ire of your customer. We didn’t come at you aggressively, we just wanted you to know just how poorly put together your product was and that you quite simply ruined a gesture that was supposed to be special. Forget the cash, you killed Valentine’s Day for me. I suggest you QA your products before they leave your warehouse because what we got was what you defecated into a vase.
