With the program, I’ve lost almost 20 pounds… with a few more to go! I’ve learned so much about food combining, the times you eat, and what to cut out! The group sessions & guided imagery offer support and clarity, and the unlimited Pilates classes have reintroduced me to my own body! I feel great, limber, & look & feel better than I have in a long time. I definitely recommend it. Nothing to lose but some unwanted pounds!
