I rarely eat fast food, as why would you in Miami when you can get great empenadas and Cuban sandwiches from one of the many Latin American eateries. But when I do I prefer Miami Subs over the typical chains. This location is near my office, so I come here every month or two. I’ve tried various items like their burgers, gyros and sandwiches. I really like their Havana Burger, though I wish they offered their burgers as singles instead of just doubles. Too much food. The service here has always been great and the prices are good.

The staff was friendly and the food was okay, I’ve just been spoiled by the standards of my local Miami Grill. But if you are in the area and don’t want garbage fast food, then this is a good option for a better quality /healthy meal(they offer awesome looking burgers too, if you want a less healthy option lol). I’d recommend.

Stopped in for a quick lunch since I had a fry craving. Decided on grilled chicken platter. Comes with salad, fries, pita and a drink all for around $ 8. Great deal. Plus they have one of those soda machines where you can select from like 300 choices. Love those. The grilled chicken was really good and the fries were the delicious seasoned kind. The salad had a generous amount of olives and feta cheese and an Italian dressing. But, I couldn’t get into the pita. My husband said it tasted fine but I swear it tasted like bananas. I have no idea why but I feel like I should be googling this to see if it’s a symptom of something. Because, bananas? The restaurant is very clean and was actually having maintenance done on outside to keep looking fresh.

I had not been here for years but WOW what a difference ! Chic fast food and reasonable. Way better than the regular food chains.

Worse place ever ordered a sub… in wrapped it to find a live fly walking around… immediately gave it back demanding a manager who said all they can do is make another…(really) no apology just gave me a refund I’m forwarding this complaint to cooperate along with supporting documentation

I received a very nice coupon that Subs Miami had a 10 platter Wing Special for $ 5.99. But I was served 10 chicken tenders instead. This was a late night dinner/snack so I didn’t mind, but I prefer wings over chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were very boring/generic but cooked well. I enjoyed the taste of the fries and celery sticks more than the chicken tenders. I am not a patron of the Subs Miami, but after what I had tonight, I have enjoyed eating here compared to other fast food restaurants. I like that I don’t have a remorse eating Chicken Tenders because they were not too greasy and did not have a fatty taste in my mouth. Since my I tenders did not have a richer flavor. I just made the best use of my blue cheese and ranch dressing and inhaled as many french fries as I could. Enjoy!

I am getting more and more disappointed with Miami Subs because of a lack of a nice, cold, cheese sub. I had a great one at a Miami Subs in SC15 years ago. But all of these places seem to offer just hot subs. I had a hot pita and he made it well, with some sauce and murshrooms and lettuce and tomato, and even customized it with some feta cheese. Still, I’m looking for a good place for subs.

It was a magical night, and a few friends and I were getting to ready to hit up the clubs when our friend, «Mr. Light Weight» asked if we could get some food before a night of debauchery and mayhem. Mr. Light Weight: Can we get some food? Driver: Can this wait? Mr. Light Weight: Ummm. NO! Although we were hesitant to stop, Miami Subs just popped up out of nowhere, and we slowly crept in like a mob going in for a secret meeting. The first thing I noticed was, «Dang! This place is dirty». The tables weren’t clean. Second thing I noticed was that you had to put a coin in a slot to step into the bathroom. Annoying if you ask me! My friend purchased their hot dog combo(got an extra hot dog for free because that is the Thursday special) and sat down to enjoy his food. I sampled his food. It was a good hot dog, but nothing special. A little bit burnt and tasted heavy. My friends and I headed to the club, but you could tell my friend was having a bad case of indigestion. Luckily, there was a bathroom nearby. Moral of the story: Do not get the hot dogs, or you may be paying for it later.

Really, people like it here? I was afraid I was going to get mugged and had my son along with me, while he did not notice the filth or strange crowd i could not help but feel like a bad mom for taking him here. We had the chicken tender with fries and the steak sub with onion rings, while the sides were ok the sub was pretty nasty and this place just gives me the creeps.

Past the gaudy teal and salmon tropical decore, Miami Subs is a South Florida staple grilled fast food joint. I won’t focus on the service because afterall this IS Miami and no one working min wage will be thrilled to be taking your order here. I like the variety this place has to offer. I’m an avid fan of the gyro and grilled chicken salad. Their advantage is their grill thus you can taste it in their burgers and chicken sandwiches. I mean who really wants their meat microwaved? The prices are reasonable and overall gives the typical fast food eater a break from all those other chains.

This is by far the best Miami Subs I have ever been to. Although they are by far the most expensive fast food option in the area I still consider them the best. Especially if you are in the mood for a burger. The number 10 Super Burger is by far the best value for a burger in the area. It’s freaking huge and filling and it only cost five bucks. Also having been to many other Miami Subs, this location has the best Cheesesteaks and subs.

I’m going to Tarantino this review a bit. As I was leaving the drive-through I turned right onto 167th but didn’t continue on home. I pulled a U-turn and parked in the gas station across the street to take a picture. One employee is sitting in front of the store, on top of a newspaper dispenser. Another is leaning on the wall next to the entrance. I can’t wait to write this review when I get home I pondered as I snapped my photo from the closed, fuel depot. Once again I am driving home from work, later than most places close, my wife hasn’t taken anything out for dinner yet, and I’m too hungry to wait. I stop at Taco Bell because I eat there more often than I’d care to admit. I’m sitting in line while two cars in front of me order. One of the reasons I stopped here is that I have zero cash on me and I know they take credit. The car in front of me pulls up, but not all the way so I still have to wait. The SUV in front of her pulls up and I get to the speaker box. I hear the pre-recorded greeting, followed by nothing… nothing… ah here we are… «What do you want?» I respond with my order and then he proceeds to tell me that the credit card machine is down and I have to pay cash. WTF!?! lol. couldn’t he have started with that? How about changing the auto greet? I carefully back my vehicle out of the tight, curved drive-through, hoping that the Taco Bell on 163rd is open. As I am waiting at the light to pull back out onto 167th I see the Miami Subs across the street and the neon sign claims they are open til 3:30am and on Wednesdays they have $.39 wings. I think, this is great. It’s now Wed. and I’m suddenly glad I work late. Too bad they didn’t agree it was Wed. I pull into their drive-though and before I can ask Melissa what she wants over the phone I get a real greeting, not a recording. However I don’t understand what he is saying through the accent. I’m not trying to judge anyone but they have 5 or 6 people in there, why have the guy with a heavy accent on the headset? Before I get my food I am looking back on that greeting and the minutes of ordering and asking… what? The workers have been yelling at each other since before I even pulled around. The guy that I talked to is yelling at the cook because he forgot the wings now. They and the other workers curse back and forth. Meanwhile, there is a worker of the female persuasion dancing to the rap music playing through the joint’s sound system. The yelling slowly morphs into loud repeating of the song’s lyrics. I thought they were swearing before. I haven’t heard that many people yelling motherf-er since Bush was in office. The song ends, she goes outside to smoke and I get my food. Now that all is said and done, I have a belly full of impressive, late-night eats. I ordered 20 grilled wings which were fantastic. I also got a gyro platter. This includes a small Greek salad and fries. I’ve always loved their fries, although I really shouldn’t eat them. I will be back to this location. I recommend you give it a shot next time you need a midnight snack. Just don’t bring the kids with you.

Love this place. 4 restaurants combined into one. This place is open until 4AM if I remember correctly.
