Great looking store. Have a surprising amount if inventory… Great for accessories for Windows phones or tablets, laptops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice job guys.

It’s impossible to hear anything in the store with the xbox dancing game blazing in the front of the store along with another xbox display section blaring. they should realize that adults and professionals, purchase expensive computers, and not kids loitering in front of the store dancing. overall, we are happy with our device purchase, but the experience was not a pleasant one. I left with a migraine. less is more people!

I could have purchased a Surface Pro 2 anywhere. But I decided on the Microsoft store at the Dadeland Mall.
Their «Microsoft Complete» warranty covers any damage, even if intentional, given miles of usage and indulging virus embedded torrents feverishly — whether you did so on an unknowing bohemian coffee shop’s wireless network, or not.
Moments before warranty end, I’ll shamelessly bring my flagship Surface Pro 2 tablet with a recent Starbucks latte spill that features a few new concrete dings (with tire marks?) from a tumultuous fall, and Microsoft will provide the option to upgrade to the most recent model for a price difference.

The Microsoft Store is a computer geek’s paradise. It made me want to convert from an Apple fan to a Microsoft maniac.
Friendly workers. Store is appealing to the eyes.
