New restaurant. My second time here. Load house salad was beautiful. Fresh veggies and lovely greens. Unfortunately all was overshadowed by the oh-so-salty onion rings(promptly removed and moved to the side) and the bacon(salt lick). The burger was ok. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it but, it was satisfying/filling. The fries too salty for my liking but I love skin-on fries so I’ll not complain too much. The service was polite(our order wasn’t exactly right but close enough that I did not complain– likely because they were trying so hard). We grabbed an outside seat and they brought the food to us(usually pick up at the counter service). Salad was ample portion. Enough to take home leftovers. Burger and fries were just right for a lunch. I might come back. Looking to try the shakes… The look particularly good…

This place is amazing, I’ve been waiting for a long time for this place to open and it was worth it, the staff is just amazing, every staff member was greeted with a smile, they were attentive and fast, the manager was amazing, he was cleaning the tables, floors and chairs, to make the staff work more on the food, he remembered regulars names and interacted with the customers, even with the children, telling them about the chalkboard so they can draw, he even gave kids free ice cream sundaes to regulars kids, the food was great, a little messy, but the food tasted fresh and took about 5 – 10 min to get, the burger tasted amazing, reccomend trying the spicy ranch sauce and the Mooyah sauce too, the vegetables were fresh aswell, the fries though, tasted great but were too greasy, I like how they are real fries with real potatoes, but were just too greasy, and the shake, the shakes were SUPER thick, that’s why they gave me and others a thick colored straw, try the Oreo or Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough shake, the downsides though was the only portion of the fries, a «small» turned out to be a mountain of fries, and sometimes if you order one burger with fries and another without, they mix the order up, overall 4 stars will definitely comeback again.

Let me start out by saying that my family LOVES Mooyah. In fact, they begged me to go easy on them in this review and give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, I take my Unilocaling serious and my reviews are real and raw. As much as I wanted a thick, juicy cheeseburger with bacon, I was watching my diet and decided to go with the veggie burger and some sweat potato fries. The veggie burger was actually surprisingly delicious. Totally exceeded my expectations. I had a bite of my step mom’s burger and she was right — Mooyah is official. I’m certain that the Mooyah sauce is the reasoning behind the tasty flavor. The sweet potato fries were crunchy, fresh and really tasty! So why did I go against my family’s wishes and give it 4 stars? The floor was SO greasy that I honestly feared for my life. It wasn’t like a thin gloss of grease, you literally had to take baby steps and hold on to stuff to ensure you didn’t roll and ankle. I understand it’s a greasy burger joint. and I tend to love greasy burger joints. but NEVER have i been in an establishment with such a high level of grease on the floor. Food was great, floor was dangerous.

Regular burgers here aren’t anything to write home about. Better than Shake Shack in my opinion, but definitely not what I’d consider the best. Weirdly enough though, their turkey burger is amazing. I also really like their shakes. Definitely worth checking out and a much welcomed addition to the Country Walk area.

Not super impressed. We were told it’d take 10 mins for our burgers, it took 25mins. My ‘shake’ arrived in 10mins-but it wasn’t a shake, it was soft serve ice cream in a cup. I was asked if I’d like whip cream & a cherry on it-I said no. It came with both & when I mentioned no whip cream please, the young lady took my shake & threw it back against the wall towards the trash can. Whip cream hit the wall & my shake hit the floor! I waited another 10 mins for a new one.(I would have been ok if she just scraped off the whip cream, but apparently that wasn’t an option) Then I watched my completed burgers sit on the counter while they started cooking my sweet potato fries. 5 more mins… Watching them make the burgers was depressing too. They’d take out a beautiful fat beef patty & place it on the grill, then SMASHIT to a pancake & grill every little bit of juice out of it . The timing is way off in all aspects. Maybe because they’re new, they need to work out the quirks. But, I don’t know if I’ll be back. Overall food taste & quality, just average.

Drove by this place on our way to Five Guys and made a u-ie to try it out. We were impressed with this little joint we had never heard of. The burgers were juicy and fresh, the toppings were tasty and generous, and I liked the customization options. The only downside was the regular fries had absolutely no flavor(the texture was pretty good). The sweet potato fries were good, though. We’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I came to eat here a few days ago. We loved the food! The burgers are awesome and the fries are fresh-cut heaven! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while… Very impressed! Will be back soon.

Amazing food and friendly staff! There is one item on the menu I would avoid though. The Mint chip milkshake is made with chocolate sprinkles, which don’t taste like chocolate and leave a weird taste in your mouth

Love this place, my dad is a HUGE fan so naturally he took me there when I went down to visit. I had the black bean burger(with Mooyah sauce) which was delicious. Fries were delish as well, although it could have used some salt. However, it’s much better to add your own salt than to have them put an overwhelming amount of salt, so I was willing to let this slide. The staff was great, very friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Finally! A burger place that’s located in close proximity to those of us that frequent the Country Walk area. To start off, the place is not very big. There’s very little seats, and if s seat is available you’re squished next to the people eating. I went the first week of opening and the staff was attentive, but took it a while for my food and they messed my order up completely. Despite the matter, the staff was very nice and willing to fix what went wrong with the order. I had the Mooyah burger and it was seasoned to taste while also very moist. You’re able to add toppings from a given list, which is pretty big! The second time I went I got the turkey burger which is even better than the regular burger. The burgers are a little smaller as compared to others, but i would recommend stopping by for a bite!

3.5– A-OK is an adequate expression, but we are rounding up slightly mostly because I think this review is heavily influenced by the fact that this place had been hyped up so much as better than anything I could ever possibly eat in burgers. So let’s talk about the sides first: the fries were meh. This is coming from someone who loves fries and could find the good in any fried potato. They were soggy in a weird way. I ate them all, but the whole time I was going back and forth on the reasons why I hadn’t just stopped eating them. But alas, they are potatoes and they were edible. I also had a grilled cheese. it was good… not memorable because here I am a mere 16 hours later and cannot remember a thing about it. And trust me, i could talk about grilled cheeses like it they were a 10 course meal. But this review is not all bad. Although not what I thought, the burgers were certainly delicious. Slightly crispy and super juicy, I could see where the allure is. Mooyah sauce, whatever it is made up, must have a kick of unicorn blood in it because it was really good!!! I recommend Mooyah, but don’t go in thinking it will be a religious experience.

Walked in & right away we were greeted by all the employees there! The girl at the cash register Valerie explained & guided us through the whole thing. She was so nice & while eating 2 other employees passed by us & asked us if everything was okay:) my bf & i got 2 burgers, chicken tenders, fries & shake. The burgers were so juicy & huge! They also have a lemonade they prepare which was really good. The fries are made fresh which i love! Everything was delicious!

Like most people reading this, I had never heard of Mooyah before so I kept an eye on the location waiting for the doors to open to the public. Apparently, they’re a Texas franchise & this is their first Florida location. The best way to sum up this place is a less greasy version of Five Guys. The business model is pretty similar but I think they tried for a little bit more of the healthier side of things. You can pick a healthier bun option & the food looks & tastes a lot less greasy. They also offer free sauces to add on to your burger or to dip on the side. This was a nice touch. There is a chalkboard wall you can have fun drawing on or leave a nice thank you message to the staff. We were on a time crunch so we took our food to go & grubbed at home on some burgers & fries. A Single Cheeseburger with Medium Fries & a Fountain Soda + an a la carte Double Burger with Bacon & Cheese ran $ 23(I’d put pricing on par with Fudruckers) The Good: The staff was friendly & got our orders right. They will cut your burger in half if you request it. The Burgers are pretty good & the fries were ok. I definitely didn’t have the instant«Why did I eat that?!?» greasy feeling I got from Five Guys. I really enjoyed taking sauces home to try out. The Not So Good(Because nothing was Bad): Prices are a bit high, but not ridiculous. There is no option to request your burger to be cooked Medium etc. The promo survey advertised on their to-go bags offering a chance to win Burgers for a year is not valid in Florida. That was not cool to tease free burgers :( Will I return? Yea, I will eat at Mooyah again. Hope this review was able to help someone.

First time I visit, and im sure that I will come back soon in the future, the burgers are really good, good costumer service, it has a lot of options and they are veggie-friendly too.

The food was great. I ordered the turkey burger with a strawberry milkshake and my husband ordered the MOOYAH burger. Delicious! The wait time was a little long even though it was right before a rush– but I tried to be understanding being that they just recently opened. Other than that, great experience.

I have been waiting a long time for this location to open. I was very excited to come and treat my grandson since it’s opening last Thursday. What a disappointment! The restaurant’s concept and set-up is brilliant, but it was the staff’s inexperience that ruined it for me. After waiting 45 minutes for my order, I asked to see what was taking so long and no one could give me a straight answer. The milkshake that my grandson ordered was so thick he was unable to drink it. Because everyone was so disorganized and incompetent, I asked for a full refund. This was a huge let down. I advise to go at your own risk or until everyone has been properly trained. Until then, I will not return to Mooyah, nor will I recommend this restaurant to anyone I know.

Man oh man let me see if I can finish this review before I go into my food coma. Very good burgers and shakes. I had the Mooyah burger with cheese and a Oreo Milkshake with sweet potato fries. But that’s not all, I was able to get all sorts of toppings on the burger at no extra charge like jalapeños sautéed mushrooms pickles etc. The place is really nice and bright. Definitely a little hot but it’s understandable considering all the Mooyah that’s going on behind the scenes. I didn’t know how the Mooyah they got all those people behind the counter but they had a pretty effective system going on. Staff was friendly and didn’t fold under pressure. Line was constantly out the door for the entire 30 minutes I was there. I will be back for some more Mooyah and I would recommend this to anyone that loves burgers and milkshakes.

This fresh and brand new location is first to Mooyah burger in Florida. It’s located right by country walk on 137th and 152nd. The ambience is nice and clean, you walk in and order your meal then you wait until they call your name. Similar to a five guys style. The burger is fantastic and juicy, and the fries are crazy good. The shakes are worth purchasing and they are always having little deals via website and promotions. The prices could be a tad bit lower. You are looking at around $ 12-$ 13 for a burger combo. Then again this is a brand new location so let’s see what mooyah has to offer.
