MosquitoNix Mosquito Control and Misting Systems

I have no issue with the technician. Jeff does his work well. My issue is with the company. Five days ago I had a service call. Today about 10 – 15 minutes after the system sprayed I was standing on my sidewalk and counted 7 mosquitos biting my ankle. I looked at my little boy and he was covered in mosquitos. The system used to work when Riptide, fogging, garlic granules and Altosid were used. When I asked the technician Jeff why he was not doing that he told me it was no longer available to him. How many hundreds of dollars have I spent to have a system that works while Mosquitonix incomprehensibly cheats me? I would have been their best customer if they had not chosen to be so dishonorable. I have many friends who have envied my system. I am informing and anyone else who wants to hear that MosquitoNix company is a fraud endangering our children. You can do better yourself by actually using the chemicals that are needed. Everything they use can be purchased on Amazion. I have cancelled my service immediately and informed them not to come onto my property again as they will be trespassing. Shame on them.

My fiancé purchased a misting system from MosquitoNix about a year or so ago and we are very satisfied with the outcome. The difference before and after is enormous, especially with us living so close to the water. I met one of the Techs, Jeff who was very kind & professional. He was very informative about the product & chemicals used, as I was able to pick his brain for a few. Overall, based on our happiness with the product & the customer service I received from Jeff, I give MosquitoNix an A+. We are now able to enjoy the outdoors at our home without having to worry about being attacked by mosquitos.

Be advised, this company purchased bug defense and for 2 – 3 months no one serviced the existing accounts. They also guarantee that your mosquito problem will be solved which is not the case. It will be controlled however depending on how bad your Mosquitos are really depends on how effective it is. It takes forever for s service rep to come to your house to fix a problem so it is not worth the $ 99 a quarter service contract. Also if there system does not work they do not honor their guarantee and just continue to send you a bill. I would not recommend this company. I would probably look to use Final Frontier or Swat.
