Delicious! We had the pulled pork sandwich and prosciutto with goat cheese. Five stars if they’d learn to cook a little faster. Long line was frustrating as heck. The finished cheeze sandwiches made it worth while though.

Terrible location. Ordered a short rib sandwich that was so fatty it was literally inedible. Disgusting! Went directly into the trash. Crazy overpriced bacon and cheese only sandwich that was average at best. Sweet potato fries and smores sandwich were good. Wasted $ 30 über fee and $ 50 on a meal. By far the worst meal experience we’ve had in Miami. I don’t recommend it at all. I’ll stick to Ocean Drive.

Checked Ms. Cheezious at the North Beach Food Truck event. There was always a steady crowd of people in font of the truck so you know it had to be good! While pondering over the menu and asking everybody what they got as the orders came out, we ended up getting the Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese. First off you can never go wrong with Pulled Pork but when they piled it in between thick slices of bread and cheese you’ve got the perfect sandwich. Lots of unique sandwich combinations on the menu, a little something for everybody. Definitely will be trying the Grilled Blue & Bacon and some Cheese Fries next time I see this truck out and about!

Fun casual restaurant! Came on the grand opening and had a great experience, the staff was lovely, food came out quick and was delicious. Great for a causal get together or quick lunch, beer and wine is severed as well! Recommended dish: pesto grilled cheese sandwich w/French fries

I’ve had Ms. Cheezious once before today and it was great. I know you may be wondering why I am giving it a one star now. The food truck came for«Food Truck Day» at our job and ran out of food. Instead of taking two minutes to come out and inform people(that had been waiting, 2 hours– I am not exaggerating it was 2 hours) they continued to serve people. The only moment we found out that they ran out of all the«Must have» sandwiches was when we reached the window after the two hours. I got the modified«Goat Cheese and Prosciutto»(without arugula or tomato) and they stuffed it with prosciutto making it extremely salty. Apart from that, the bread was practically burnt-not crispy, burnt. The staff for this event was only a two person staff which is outrageous considering the volume of people they would have. I suggest next time they come with more staff and more food aka they come prepared! It was not worth the 2 hour wait nor the $ 7.50 whatsoever.

The texture and ingredients are on point however this past Saturday(my birthday) I ordered a Swiss and tomato simple grilled cheese and they somehow added ricotta which just ruined it for me. Yes I could’ve taken it back but I had already walked quite a ways before realizing. Normally on point but this circumstance left me very disappointed.

Died and went to heaven this past Sunday at Art Basel. I tried Ms Cheezious for the first time eeeever! Mind you theyre my husbands, mothers old neighbors. 5 years ago I used to see this truck everyday right next door and it was not till this past Sunday I came to try these delicious babies. I didn’t have every other grilled cheese on the menu because there was just too many people waiting in line. Will definitely get my Ms Cheezious fix every time I can. AMAZING!

DOGET: pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich, grilled blue and bacon DON’T GET: tomato soup I have been searching for this food truck for a long time and when I finally found it to order a pulled pork grilled cheese. I was still so impressed! It was so good! Not disappointed and will continue searching for this food truck. The only downside was the tomato soup wasn’t good like at all, which was disappointing because what’s a grilled cheese sandwich without tomato soup? Good thing it’s a pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich. ;p I have now tried the grilled blue and bacon and the grilled harvest and I now see the full beauty of Ms.Cheezious. All hail the queen of food trucks! Every cheese sandwich has been AMAZING. Not alright, but AMAZING. Worth the wait.

I am surprised I haven’t reviewed this yet as I thought I had. This truck is fabulous. First ran into it july fourth and tried: Bacon and Blue cheese– This is just perfect, melty stinky blue with crispy bacon and crispy buttered bread. Proscuitto — was full of meat and flavorful We had this also in front of gramps for a promotion for FREE! waited in line, and they served the same quality and smile and it was great. Recently found out they are on caviar and will def. get delivery. They have alot of cool things on the menu that I would love to try, Def. go for it, also very inexpensive.

Ms. Cheezious was at the dadeland food truck rally so i decided to try them out. The wait was SUPERLONG. Ordered: — Smoked turkey melt: Comes with house smoked turkey, fontina cheese and a rosemary honey on sourdough bread. Plenty of cheese, and the fontina is so rich and flavorful it really adds some deep flavors to the smoked turkey. The real kicker to the sandwich was that rosemary honey, very subtle but you taste it. I would have preferred a bit more of the honey. Overall, very good sandwich, if you’re not sure what to order the smoked turkey won’t disappoint.

Wow. Just wow. Was expecting a measly grilled Cheese that I could make at home, but man was I mistaken! I grabbed the pulled pork grilled cheese. It was AMAZING! Food came out quick and the service was great. We sat playing some games for a bit and didn’t get rushed to leave at all. Awesome spot.

This place was awesome! I would highly recommend this joint. We came here on a Sunday afternoon because a friend of ours told us about it. If it wasn’t for the recommendation we would have never heard of this place. When we arrived we can hear the old school hip hop/funk music playing and I already feel in love. Ordered a grilled cheese with BBQ pulled pork. OMG! Delicious! They had an event going on and had another food truck out in the back! They had some really good food as well! Very cool place. We will definitely be back soon!

I’d just arrived at Gramps in Wynwood, was hungry, and the Ms. Cheezious truck was parked out front and ready to serve up their grilled cheesy goodness. I’d heard great things about this food truck in the past, but hadn’t had the chance to try it until now. Donald T. has posted photos of the full menu; I settled on «The Italian» which is provolone cheese, tomato and cream cheese on white bread. There were only 2 people in front of me, but even with few patrons at this food truck I was told it’d be about 10 minutes before my food would be ready. Several minutes later they called my name, handed me my sandwich, I grabbed a few napkins and was off. The sandwich was very good, but I wouldn’t say it was life changing in any way. To be honest, I didn’t really think it was worth $ 7, and when I got inside of Gramps after eating and explained to JoseLuis what I’d just eaten and what they’d charged, he simply said«Nah, man. F*** that!» Touché! So I can only give«The Italian» 3 stars for what it is and the value vs. price charged. I also have the same issue with this food truck that I and many others have expressed about food trucks in general in past Unilocal talk threads: I realize there are some operating costs with running a food truck, but my guess is that it’s nowhere near the cost of operating a proper brick and mortar restaurant. That in mind, one shouldn’t be charged $ 11 for a grilled cheese and fries at a food truck like Ms. Cheezious, especially when they then need to wait in the weather for their order, then either stand there eating or find a place nearby to sit. If there don’t happen to be tables or benches nearby, then patrons that just paid as much for their food here as they would at a standard restaurant then need to find somewhere to sit their drinks or other foods they’ve ordered while they stand and eat. If the sandwich I purchased were a buck or two cheaper, this truck would get 4 stars, hands down… but for what I had on this night, it simply wasn’t worth it.

The first time I had Ms. Cheezious was in 2012 when they won the People’s Choice Award for Best Food Truck at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. There they served their Grilled Blue & Bacon. Crisp bacon with creamy blue cheese and green onion on sourdough bread. Yum! I’ve come to their truck a few times since then and tried different must haves. My favorite is their Goat Cheese & Prosciutto. Goat cheese, prosciutto, tomato and arugula on marble rye bread. Can’t go wrong with that combination on anything, let alone a grilled cheese. They now opened a brick and mortar and I will definitely be visiting soon. The Miami New Times has done a write-up on their Croqueta Monsieur and I am hoping it is still on the menu by my next visit!

Lucky me! My company had Ms Cheezious come in to feed us lunch as a special event, and had us all moaning for joy… Many people went with the pulled pork, and everybody sang praises to it. I totally love my blue cheese, bacon and chives, and so did everybody I recommended to. The pesto melt is really good too, although i found the parmesan crusted bread slightly on the salty side. The sandwich may not look like a lot of food, but with the cheese, bread and the fries, it gets rather filling. In fact, quite a few of my coworkers said they couldn’t finish the food(which makes me a teesy embarrassed, but not at all guilty, for clearing my plate…) It doesn’t have as many varieties as their brick and mortar store, but definitely, if you see this truck parked near you, go grab a sandwich! You won’t regret it!

One of my favorite foods trucks. The food can take awhile to get done but when your that popular and working with a truck-sized kitchen that’s acceptable. This truck always has a line and it always delivers on my cheese cravings. Love it.

This was my last stop after the drunken debauchery that was Allen’s farewell party(just kidding about the debauchery part); this is one of my three favorite food trucks and how lucky I was that it was parked outside of Gramps. Apparently, according to what I was told by Ms. Cheezious, every Friday they are outside Gramps serving their goeey, melty grilled cheese sandwiches. I made the line and as many of you know, the wait in line can be long, so while I waited my turn to order, I flipped through Unilocal(duhh) to find out what sandwiches I should get. I saw several recommendations for the same sandwich, which was a grilled cheese with apples on multigrain. I tried to picture in my mind how a sandwich like that would look, but was having trouble picturing it, so I just went ahead and ordered it because if Unilocal recommends it, then it must be good. After the standard 10 minute wait for my order, I got my sandwich and at first glance I was thinking to myself that Unilocal had let me down; it did not look very appetizing. i took a bite and once that first bite happened, the sandwich was gone in 5 minutes. The mix of the grilled cheese with the apple was out of this world and probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had from this food truck; I did not end up ordering the sweet potato but the sandwich was enough I will make sure to get this sandwich from now on if I ever see the Ms. Cheezious truck chugging along the road.

Ms. Cheezious was the first food truck I ever tried, so she definitely holds a special place in my heart, and I am surprised I took so long to give her a review. My first experience here I tried the crabby cheese melt. It is a generous portion of crab salad with cheddar cheese all melty on sourdough bread. Don’t be put off by the whole mayo/crab/cheese/warm combo… it works here. That night we also did a make your own grilled cheese with provolone, turkey, and bacon. This was also great. Ms. Cheezious has mastered the perfect melty/buttery/crunchy ratio that I can never seem to get in my own kitchen. Another sandwich worth nothing is the bacon and blue. It is just as it sounds with creamy blue cheese and crunchy bacon melted perfectly together. This is probably a good go-to sandwich to try here as it is somewhat unique in the world of grilled cheese, but it isn’t too far out of the box either. Last night I visited Ms. Cheezious parked in the Hollywood Arts Park. Since there were so many food trucks there and I was already overindulging I decided to try a basic sandwich… greyere on sourdough. This sandwich was delicious and proved that even a basic grilled cheese is elevated when Ms. Cheezious prepares it. I think the prices here are reasonable. The basic grilled cheeses run $ 4 – 5 depending on the cheese selected and the fancier ones with more topping run around $ 7 – 8. The service here is friendly, but can be a bit slow since they are preparing each sandwich to order(about 10 minutes)…but it is worth the wait, and you definitely wouldn’t want a made ahead reheated grilled cheese anyway.

Damn that’s what I call a good grilled cheese sandwich! After a night of boozing around Wynwood, we stopped here in front of Gramps to grab a sandwich. I had the crab salad grilled cheese and when I took my first bite, my senses were enhanced, my pants flew off, and I believe I was levitating. The bread was perfectly buttered and crispy! The cheese was melty and wonderful. The crab salad just meshed with everything else perfectly. Awesome food truck in the perfect spot!
