My Local Seats

DO NOT USE THESE TICKET BROKERS! I was staying at the W in South Beach. I went to the concierge to inquire about getting tickets to Dave Chapelle. I was charged almost $ 200 a ticket and was supposed to be in Row R. The night of the show I still didn’t have my tickets an hour before the show was scheduled to start. When the tickets did arrive they were row RR. Row RR does not exist. If you look at the seating chart at the venue, the Fillmore, the very last row is PP. I would not even have purchased those seats. This broker said that the venue added two rows of folding chairs behind the last row. The head of ticket sales at the Fillmore has stated numerous times that they did not do such a thing nor would two rows of seats fit back behind the last row. This is some serious fraud. I cannot be the only one that this has happened to. The Consumer Fraud Protection Division of the Attorney General handles this type of fraud. I know as I am a court reporter. Anyone else that has experienced this type of fraud PLEASE file a complaint as I am.

Very Rude, Awful Customer Service and Deceptive. I purchased seats online for WWE Hell in a Cell at one price. I received an email confirmation and the money was removed from my account. Then the owner Edgar voids the transaction and says he posted the seats as the wrong price. Then he advises he did not have the seats. I tried various times to work with him and he refused. Then I see the very same seats on his site at 163 dollars more. Beware of purchasing tickets from this company or tickets post on another ticket sight by this company.

These guys were great! They were able to get me amazing seats for the Brooklyn Nets vs. Heat game. Sec 117 for $ 175.00 per ticket (bought 4 tickets). Keep up the good work. I would definitely purchase through them again.
