Nails Express

This is my first time coming to get a mani/​pedi here & I didn’t realize what great prices they have! Not only that they give you a great massage on your hands and feet. The inside looks great too; clean and professional. Didn’t have to wait at all & they have an extensive selection of services. I recommend getting your eyebrows done with Benny. She’s the best. New favorite nail place!

Will not be returning. Went with a few friends because they normally get their nails done here but I can’t say it’s my cup of tea.
I was assigned the older man, very nice and extremely sweet. However he didn’t use gloves when doing my pedicure and when I looked around, all of the other nail techs were. My French pedicure came out pretty good, not great but not bad.
Then we moved to one of the nail desks so that he could do my manicure. I asked for my acrylics to be taken off so while he had my hands soaking he took a little break, which is fine, I don’t mind.
When he sat back down, he wreaked of cigarettes. I absolutely hate the smell of cigarettes but I just tried to brush it off and ignore the smell. When taking off my acrylics he cut my skin. Again, no gloves and he was dealing with a small open cut then before I can even ask what he was doing, he put a product on it to make it stop bleeding.
Yes, it did stop the bleeding but I had no idea what that product was and who knows if I’m allergic to a certain chemical in it, I appreciate the fact that he stopped the bleeding but would’ve much rather him tell me what the product is and ask me if it was okay to use.
A few minutes later, acrylics are off and he’s about to start my actual manicure, a woman comes in and requests to be taken care of by him, no appointment and she said she’s willing to wait until he was finished with me.
As a few more minutes go by, I can see that he keeps looking at her then tells the younger male nail tech to do my nails so that he can do the other woman’s. I told him it wasn’t a big deal, though I had to completely move to another nail desk. So now I had moved and i sat there waiting… For close to ten minutes for the younger guy to come over and help me. It was getting late and I was starting to get a bit tired of waiting so I told him to forget it. He asked me to stay a few times but I told him that the process was taking longer than expected and that I had to leave. He gave me an attitude and said fine. The woman that was doing my friends nails (extremely sweet, I wish I could remember her name) noticed that I was a bit bothered and kept telling me to at least let her put a clear coat on my bare nails so she put something on quickly.
When I went to go pay the younger guy rang us up and he just had an attitude and made it seem like I was going to try to walk out without paying when really I was just waiting for him at the front desk. He charged me for my pedicure and acrylic removal which yes, it is what I received but he didn’t even apologize for the wait or inconvenience.
Also, my French pedi already started to look bad about 3 or 4 days after getting it. I usually get my French pedicure done at the Venetian next to Bahama Breeze and it lasts at least a week and a half before it starts to look a bit funky.
Like I said, my friends are regulars. I will definitely not be. Going to a nail salon is my me time where I get to relax, and this experience definitely did not do that for me.

Horrible experience. Never have I ever been charged to cut down my nails? That’s pathetic after I’m getting my fill in he says he needed to take out one of them and charge me and extra $ 3 for that same nail. Honestly will never go back. Too overpriced for a simplicity.

I decided to come here after having a bad experience a few years ago. I love the way my full set came out. Kevin is friendly, efficient, and very talented. My pedicure was okay but it was done by someone else. Overall good experience. Go with Kevin.

I love it here. Ty is my favorite manicurist. He knows what’s cool. Sometimes we clash artistically, But that’s only because I’m a weirdo and I always want glitter. All of the staff is friendly and the massage chairs are boss.

Been here on several occasions for gel acrylics and never had a problem. The staff is friendly and pretty quick. Waiting time is usually minimum.
