I ordered medium meat lovers pizza. The cost of pizza was very high! On the top of that, they charged $8 for delivery and $2 for credit card use!! Total was $36 for a medium MEDIOCRE pizza. No thanks - will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE ANYMORE! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT - find much better place for much more reasonable price!

Food in this place sucks!!! I had a bowl of chicken noodle soup that smelled and tasted like fish for 7.00 and cheese bread, also 7.00, that was actually a bread with a cheese layer that they put on it in front of me. Don’t think I’ll be coming back there again!!!

I should of looked at the Unilocal reviews before I ordered. I placed my order at 1:20am and was told it would take an hour for me to receive the pizza that I ordered. At 3:10am I still had not received my pizza and when I called I was asked with an attitude did I want my pizza or not and that it would take an additional 20 minutes before I would get it. At 3:50am (mind you they close for business at 4am), I still had not received my pizza and they refuse to answer my telephone calls at this point! BY FAR THE WORST MANAGEMENT/​DELIVERY EVER. I had to call my credit card company and dispute my order because it never arrived.

This review is for the pizza only. Good NY style pizza in Miami. However I wish I could give same rating for the whole experience getting it. The place have no sign and it was so hard to locate it in the small strip mall. People there were nice to me though.

This place is horrible. Rude ass people. Dumb as shit and they don’t care what you think. I was patient with them and when I asked for them to repeat the order because I knew they got it wrong they had the balls to ask me if I wanted the order or not. Lol. Unless you want a WTF moment stay away.

I placed an order at 11:45pm thinking to just get a late night snack and well after waiting for 3 hours and they NEVER made our food. when we called to cancel they just said alright and we had to make sure that we would get our money back!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, if any at all… Maybe one day a decent restaurant will take place instead of green meat, stale noodles and soggy calamari!!!

No wonder this place has one star with ten reviews. If I hadn’t gotten stiffed earlier in the evening with my other dinner order I would not have bothered.
I just ordered dinner from here through Seamless Web and got a call that they refused to fill my order unless I ordered $ 20 of FOOD even though my order with drink etc was above their minimum. The Seamless Web person who called said that they’ve done this before and also that they refuse to change their order minimum to reflect their requirement that they want customers to order $ 20 of food.
This is appalling customer service and shows a lack of integrity. If they aren’t willing to deliver one entrée they should indicate this on their profile. I will NEVER go to this place or order from there again.

We placed an order online and It took 2 and a half hours to get to us. Not to mention that the streak was not at the right temp because of how long it took to get to us. The driver calls me to let me know she is lost and that the restaurant gave her the wrong address. I called the place twice to find out where my order was and all I received was attitude. The manager had the balls to offer me 10% off! My calamari was soggy, the steak was full of fat and very well done when I ordered it Med rare, and the pasta was hard as a rock.
Hands down the worst delivery and management I’ve encounter.

I ordered a meatball sub and a coke. An hour later I got a call from a lady who asked if I spoke Spanish and when I said no she could only say she was in my lobby. I went to my apartments lobby and she was not there I called her back and waited 15 mins in my lobby trying to convince the delivery lady I was in my lobby and that she was not there. She finally arrived with spaghetti instead of a meatball sub and a diet coke instead of a coke.
The spaghetti tasted like ketchup and cardboard. Avoid this place.

HORRIBLE! We ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce and spaghetti with butter. Both were inedible, the pasta was not cooked and the «meat sauce» looked like a hamburger patty was placed on top. We didn’t receive our salad even though we were charged for it and was not told there is a $ 7 delivery charge. We called to complain and after a lot of attitude the lady hung up on us. I don’t know how they are in business.
