Nice upscale bar, great champagne and the drinks are strong, beautiful view with level 25 right across, you can get small tapas to accompany you drinks. Menu prices are very acceptable.
The place is gorgeous, the drinks are very expensive, if you want to impress this is a good choice, just bring your paycheck with you and you will be fine.
Place is gorgeous, beautiful, brand clean furniture and fresh linens. Service is impeccable
