Alright so I have a confession to make I only go into the LA fitness for this stand. I study at the nova across from LA and having this little stand is so convenient for coffee or a study snack. The staff is very friendly and fast! Which is perfect to grab something between classes as well!

This smoothie bar is inside of the LA Fitness in West Kendall. It is very conveniently located, which is why I like to stop by every now and then when I’m at the gym. During the week they close an hour before the gym does, so if you’re working out late and want to get your smoothie fix… you’ll just have to make some at home.
Also, I could literally walk outside the gym and there’s a Smoothie King right next door. They also close at 10pm so it is a matter of preference. Sometimes I prefer the smoother taste from Nrgize. The shakes are creamier and pretty delicious.
I usually order the pb&j, but have sometimes asked for other suggestions and have been pleasantly surprised. There’s another berry smoothie that is amazing.
