OEG Stretching Strength

OEG has changed my life in so many ways. I have always tried to eat healthy and live an active lifestyle yet I never could reach my goals. I recently started a weight loss competition with my employer and with OEGs help I am leading the pack. Within the first month I lost 10 pounds!!! If you are committed, OEG is committed to you and you will reach your goals. Following his meal plan (which doesn’t make me feel like I am starving) and personalized workout régime has me feeling absolutely amazing. OEG Stretching is a life changing experience. Ozzy focuses on the whole person, not just fitness and flexibility and understands that every action has a reaction. Having experienced serious injury after an accident I have seen results that years of physical therapy did not achieve. Together with the guidance, support and instruction from OEG I am a stronger, leaner more balance version of myself.

I have been working with OEG for over 1 ½ years as a seasonal client in Florida and remote client in NYC, and have to say it was the best life changing decision I have ever made. My goals when we first met were to lose weight and tone my body. I also came in with pain in my shoulder and hip. I did not realize that would end up feeling as strong as I do and as healthy as I have ever been, and plan on staying this way. Through observation and conversation, we developed work outs that suited my needs, eventually building up to greater challenges as I gained strength and flexibility. It is not all gym time. Nutrition was critical to this process and I have changed the way I eat dramatically. He has taught me to nurture my body with clean healthy eating, while feeding my muscle to compliment my work outs and give me greater energy. Both nutrition and excercise have been complimented with an incredible stretch routine and mashing sessions, that has relieved any injuries and pain, and opened my range of motion and flexibility. Ozzy’s years of experience and training shine through in each and every session. My program with him has become a life style, not just for my self, but for my family and friends who have also met him.
