This is my favorite go to spot to pick up healthy food for a filling meal. I go here all the time when I’m craving those yuca bites, but sometimes they run out when I call to order them and that’s why I have to give them four stars instead of five. If they know that yuca bites are always a number one seller in their restaurant, they should have an over abundance of it! My favorite meals are the crab cakes, churrasco, and shrimp tostadas. Everyday they have different options, so I always order depending on their specialties and availability too(since yuca bites are not always available). They prepare the meals cooked to order and have very friendly service! You get a discount if you show your student ID or LA fitness membership card.

So I haven’t been to this location in a while because I prefer the one on 127 and 88th. Again, disappointed with the service. I ordered ahead of time, waited, and they gave my order to someone else. They then made my food in less than 5 minutes. Which is questionable. There is nothing worse that going somewhere where you expect the same quality as the other location and your disappointed. If you’re going to have two locations at lease keep the consistency. I really left their aggravated and I don’t even think I got what I ordered. Never coming here again. Your best chef has to be Diego. Never fails!

Came here in hopes it would be as good as the their other location in kendall. As soon as we got there we were greeted by the manager I think, he was nice and very talkative, no issues there however the food took forever to come out, it almost took 45 minutes and by the time we got it, we had lost our appetite, the place was not crowded at all but there were people waiting for their order, apparently we weren’t the only ones. I will stick to other OTG

Off the Grille is an excellent healthy meal option! I have ordered cantinas and eaten inside. The options they have are delicious and they serve generous portions. I have ordered the fish special and absolutely loved it. It came with a side of veggies and tasted delicious! The cantinas are pretty good. I am not obsessed with them but they are more affordable than grocery shopping, and nothing beats not having to cook for a week! After 10 meals I feel like they get slightly monotonous and are a little under seasoned. I recently ordered them this week because I wanted to try them again. I came in on Monday I noticed they changed their store hours and now open at 4pm! I went to pick up my cantina at 3:20 because they used to open at 11. I was so sad and immediately called to see how it was going to be possible to pick them up since new time was not convenient for me. The man on the phone was so polite, he told me to come in the next day before they opened and he would bring out the cantinas. I was shocked I was even offered this as an option! Thank u Off the Grille for the excellent service!

They have a great healthy & delicious menu and the staff is so nice. Every time I call they know my name and exactly what I want. It’s nice when you’re received that way!

Laughably sad reply OTG. Instead of taking the original review as a way to see what can be improved, you prefer to assume a false review. This makes me think that either OTG is not properly vetting managers or franchisees. Disappointed! Last visit! Service: As many others have commented, the manager was uncomfortably rude to his employee and customers. First time doing the pick up. This is definitely the reason I won’t be going back. Food: It’s not bad, however, definitely not the same as the original 127 location. «Express»: I don’t get the express part. Food takes 20 minutes anyways. As a huge fan of the original location, I can only hope that the owner takes these review seriously and addresses the issues here.

I usually don’t like writing bad reviews, but I felt like I had to express how I felt about this place. To start off, I walked in and there was no one at the counter, I had to wait around 5 mins for someone to take my order. When the guy finally came, I asked about their meals and he didn’t explain anything, he told me to look at the chalkboard with their confusing menu, I didn’t understand a thing. They don’t have an actual menu where everything is clear. He was a bit rude and I honestly dont think they have the best food. i don’t recommend and I’ll never be back!

I agree with the majority of the comments about this place. Worst customer service EVER! Kept me on hold for more then 5 min. Not the first time. I keep giving them a chance but just to be left disappointed. Do yourself a favor and not waste your time at this location and order from another. Sad but this is my first review to only be fueled by anger and frustration.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. This is the worst run business ever. I have given them so many chances because I prefer the paleo diet, but the business is run– just terrible. Because it is an open kitchen, you see everything they are doing. The owner sneezed all over the kitchen, didn’t wear gloves handling food, and the cooks were eating the foods as they were cooking. I ordered 3 quesadillas at 7pm. At 8pm I was still waiting. I always wait at least 45 minutes. A simple quesadilla costs $ 9.99 each. It was chicken and cheese only. Biggest waste of money ever. The sweet potatoes were undercooked, and the rice was overcooked. I basically threw $ 45 worth of food in the garbage. At 8pm, they told a customer who came in they were closed. I will never be back. Go to Taco Bell; it’s cheaper, faster, and cleaner.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. My wife and I would buy cantina here regularly for the last few months and at first it was ok but then every moment I walk in there’s nobody ever at the counter. I have to stand there for at least 10 min every time waving my hands and screaming for help before someone acknowledges me. The guy who always attends us who I can only assume is the manager as he is the only one to attend the customers needs to be fired. There’s was no greeting, no how can I help you, just a blank stare. I would tell him I was there to pick up the cantina and with horrible attitude he looks through the fridge and leaves the food on the counter and walks away. There’s no thank you or see you next time he just walks away. There has been a few times where he has given me other people’s food because my orders were given to someone else. Not just once or twice but about five times. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but I would get someone who has specific diet and I end up with 3 or 4 of the same plates! When I confronted the manager all he said was I don’t know what happened to you order I can only give you this one. So I’m forced to take it. My wife the other day arrived 30 min before closing and the door was closed. She stood there with our 3 month old in hand knocking on the window and they just looked at her and started to mock her and laugh because she was standing there and they weren’t opening the door. As far as the food goes I would say it’s 3 on a scale of 0 – 10 where 10 is the best food I’ve ever had. This place has really started to go down with the quality of its food. When I first ate it was great but now it’s tasting worse and worse. After the last interaction I had with the manager I told him after this month I am cancelling my cantina and going somewhere else bc the customer service is horrible and the food is just as bad. In short, please save yourself the trouble and find another place to get your food. This place does not deserve you business and you could find better food at Taco Bell

I frequent this establishment. It has delicious, healthier alternatives to the normal food scene. However, I would say their biggest fault is consistency. The taste has usually compensated for any previous mixups/omissions, but this particular instance is a bit frustrating. I eat kosher. I always get the ultimate wrap, with chicken and no cheese. After picking up my order, driving home, and taking a bite into my wrap, I realize I am chewing on a mouthful of caesar flavored chicken mixed with bacon. I usually don’t go crazy over ingredient mixups, but I was definitely caught off guard by this one.

I have been a loyal customer to the original location on 88th and 127th and have always loved their menu options and how fresh and delicious their food is. I decided to try the new location with my husband and we were a little skeptical since some of the reviews didn’t look too good but honestly, the employees were super nice to us and the food was just as amazing. I ordered the chicken pesto wrap and my husband ordered a chicken quesadilla with island chips. We are obsessed with the pesto sauce! It did take about half an hour to make the food and we were practically the only ones there so I think they need to work on their speed. but overall, we were very satisfied. :)

THISLOCATIONISGARBAGE!!! I’m a huge fan of the one on 127th and kendall but this location is a complete embarrassment to the Off the Grille name. I came after the gym at 4:06 and it was COMPLETELY empty, yet it took 40MINUTES to make two wraps. On top of that I spent 40 minutes getting bit by Mosquitos inside the restaurant! The whole staff specially the girl who works the counter is in complete La La land, after I placed the order they sat there talking for a while before they decided to even start cooking my meal! Avoid this location and drive 5 minutes east to the real off the grille on 127th and kendall!

Worst service ever. The express at this off the grill stands for nothing, your food still takes 10 to 15 min… The cooks prepare your food without gloves, he scratched his head and continued to handle our food. The tables were filthy and when I asked how long my food was going to take, the manger gave me a dumbfound look as if he’s never been asked that very question. Needless to say I walked out and let them keep my 24 $ and left my food behind. Me and my girlfriend who have been loyal OTG customers lost our appetite, walked over to chicken grill and had our fresh chicken in less than 5 min. Won’t be coming back to either locations

Never coming here again, the guy working the front, I assume manager, treats his employees terribly. Location: Cleaning products on counter. Worm in bathroom. No purse hanger. Looked dirty. Barely any seats, there was one family of 4 there, that in itself was enough to leave no space(aside from hight tops, which I hate). Food: My order was simple; brown rice, chicken, beans. Specifically asked if portion was large since it was for my husband, I was told yes. Upon receiving my order(I had asked«to go», was handed food for dining in, I took a look and it was tiny. I told the employee that it was very little food, manager upfront told her to add more rice and packed it to go. He told her in a condescending manner. Just Rey rude, and this was not the only time he was rude to her, I saw it happen about 3x in the 15 minutes i waited for my food. YOUREADCORRECTLY, 15 minutes. Longest wait for«fast food» ever. $ 11 meal and ended up in the trash. My husband said it tasted awful and my daughter ate a bit of it(added ketchup) that’s how you know it’s bad.

We are loyal off the grille customers but I am beyond disappointed with this location. I was so happy it opened around the corner from the house, with a name like«express» added to it you would think they would want to get people in and out. I always call ahead of time to make sure our food is ready and every time I call they place me on «hold» and drop the phone down, yell at eachother for someone to take my order and I’m left on the line for 10 minutes listening to them talk. So I hang up from waiting so long and call again but the line is busy because clearly they forgot I was on the line. It breaks my heart because I know the owners opened this place with hopes of expanding their customer base but this location makes the chain look bad. The food is saltier, they never have everything on the menu and it is so slow to get your food. I hate to do this to my favorite healthy restaurant but with a competition around every corner they need to fix these problems fast.

I’m a huge fan of Off The Grille! Yes, their food takes«forever»(that really means 15 minutes or so) because your food is cooked to order. I’ll gladly wait 15 minutes for something that’s properly cooked– this isn’t a McDonald’s drive through. The chicken pesto wrap is super delicious and huge. My husband and I usually split one, but we’re not big eaters. The plantain chips are always crunchy and perfect. My kid loves the kids chicken chop and plantain chips as well. This location is just as great as the one on Kendall and 120-something ave, but they only have two small tables if you decide to eat in. If you’re out in west Kendall come check this place out!

Horrible! I was excited to have one closer to work. I used to really enjoy the other location but t was always packed. After reading the great reviews about the chicken pesto wrap I decided it was a must try. The place was pretty much empty and they took forever! I got my chicken pesto less wrap with the Island chips(plantain chips). There was no pesto in site on this wrap and it was so salty that it felt like I had been drinking ocean water. The chips were cold and most of them were not crispy. it was almost like plantain leather. Really is a shame because their concept is a really good one.
